I hope not, as he would be off. I want him to have a crack with us.

Never see this on tv, and never will.mis a shame though as it is harmless!

They already had theirs after getting a point at our place! -

We are bigger than this. Tin pot clubs do this sort of thing. Even winning the league I am not sure, but I think the club would have. Surely Reading will not sing Champions to anyone in the premier league, they will get laughed at. Saying this, they will sing it to us! -
Seems like the bookies cannot choose between them. Going to be a good watch. I think that Leicester will at least get a draw, but if not on to a home game with Cov.
-
Nothing is straight forward in football, but all the omens point to us going up.
-
Just also noticed this what is a good sign going into the last 2 games. It is West Ham last 18 games. WLWDWDWDDDDDWLWDWD. Now in these 18 games what have they failed to do. This is not just for tomorrows game.
-
Which we will. Just do not think the hammers think they can catch us. Think about it this way, turn the tables, would you be thinking West Ham would not beat Coventry? While we were at home to Hull.
-
I have no doubt at all that we will beat Coventry, I had already added this game to our win total when trotting up points. I of course do not expect the team to have the same attitude as me. The only question for me is if it will be over tomorrow evening, and again I can see the hammers losing and at best getting a draw.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17724582 Sounds even better.

Looking into this a bit closer. 6 clean sheets in this as well. Clean sheets in the last 3 at home. In the last 7 at home they have let in 3. They have only lost at home by more than 1 goal twice, the last time back in October when they lost 0-3 to Millwall, the other 0-2 Reading. They really are ok at home.

I think multi coloured bow ties and clown wigs!

Just don't, step away!

Surely that should be we needed a win for promotion no they, you are applying that they are a different team to who you support?
-
They are part of our nearly promotion winning team aren't they? So not done that badly?
-
Can we please stop slating the team with one game left in the season... Most of you do not desrve promotion. This team has be brilliant all season, only one game has fonte looked off the pace and that was Against a striker with premier league experience. Today I can tell you, 5 times out of 10 that free kick would not have been given. Happens all the time to strikers. I think our centre backs have been pretty awesome all season.
-
We are not relying on others slipping up? Would be nice to have it all wrapped up going into the last game, but if not we will still do the job. Do you not hint West Ham will be saying the same, 'why do we have to slip up all the time'. We are Southampton and we lie to sweat......it is more fun this way, honestly this is what it is all about for me.... Bring on the Cov.
-
I have been thinking about this, and do not think it is that easy to 'just head to the side'. It much easy to get distance on it if you head a ball straight when defending. Little flicks at goal as a striker is an art, but you do not try this in defence, strong heading is the way forward. You see this a lot in football and strikes come in from the edge of the box, but 9 times out of 10 they will fly harmlessly over the bar or be sliced wide. I believe there should have been more pressure on the man making the strike, button all 3 occasions the man on the edge of the box has caught it sweetly. As far as I am concerned, we should have won the last 4 games, and I cannot believe we have lost again today, just like the Reading game. We are going up lads!
-
Yes that might be the case but I would prefer to see this than W3 D2 L5. It feels me with hope in their last home game. It has a classic 1-1 all over it. It will also follow in the trend of our lat two weeks, downin the dumps Saturday up again on Monday. Down in the dumps Friday Up again Tuesday. Down in the dumps Saturday, up again Monday? This was our spare game, we can beat Cov if needed.
-
What I meant was if West Ham only manage to scrape a 1-2 win at Leicester I think a draw against Cov will still do.... Just. This will not happen as we will be up on Monday night, and today will seem a long time ago and forgotten. What ever happens will will be a premier league club by 14:25 on Saturday!
-
No problem. It has been a fantastic season, and it is going to be party prep time come 21:40 on Monday.
-
Leicester have also only lost 1 of their last 15 at home.... Blimey they started rubbish!
