Seems to be a lot of new stories on the offical site with regards to season tickets and membership, and discounts for tickets next season. I think they are working late tonight to get everything in place to the confirmation of the takeover. Hopefully this will be tomorrow but seem to be mention of Tuesday on this link anyway. Fingers crossed things are going to move pretty fast and they are going to have to get their finger out to get all the orders and dispatched before the season starts.

Talk ****e this morning say we have until friday to complete a takeover or we will be dumped in the Blue Square. With the fixtures coming out today I find this hard to believe.

How strange I was thinking about the lack of coverage that lower league teams get, as I found it so very depressing that we are now League 1 on the BBC website and not Championship. It kind of hit home a little bit!

I cannot see how being PM'ed is really going to make any difference as it is probably incorrect anyway. I would be very suprised if I got PM'ed a name of a person in the money who is taking over and that was the same person who was to take over. I think I lot of guessing is going on as my source at the club is not really close enough anymore or keeping very quiet, but I would expect if anyone was to find out then it would be him over anyone on this board (MW) But feel free and if you are right with your guess I will pay you £50!!!

He has got to go he is NOT up to the job. There are pleny of very good proven managers at this level.

I live just outside Cambridge and have bought a season ticket for next season. Me, my wife, and two kids. Works out £8.00 per game for adults. 0.33 per game for the two kids For all of us to go as a family it will cost about £350 plus travel for all home games for the season!! It would cost me more than that in petrol (£1500) let alone the season ticket to go on my own to home games. Still will not be Saints though!!

Well I have watched the S****horpe v MK Dons game, and today the Millwall v Leeds game and if this is anything to go by well it is not up to much! Saying that just watching the Reading game and that is borning to. Weird as the playoffs are normally brilliant! Hmmm

What happens to the league place if Darlington or Saints do not find a buyer? The latter looking like we will. Do Chester stay in the football league? Not nice and as we are going through this we are lucky to have any interest at all. COYR!!

Yes we should except it and gain a little dignity that this great club has lost over the last few years. Move on and work on saving the club. No point having an appeal if the club has gone!

Lets take this on the chin, and move on with some dignity before the whole football league clubs hate us anymore. We used to be a club that were well run and a nice family club. Lets just make sure we have club to play in league 1 next season!
