You win!

Dad, if we played like that every week......
Dr Who? replied to View From The Top's topic in The Saints
It is true. I have a 8 year old who says the same sort of things. The problem is if we play like we did in the last 20 minutes every week, we will be bottom! -
was against the skates in the first game we played against them at SMS in the league cup, it was fantastic!
-
Aldershot sang that in their last every game in the league before going out of business. It is because as a fan of any team you believe you are the only one, even if you are on your last legs or in the lowest league!! COYR!
-
you will never create anything near like yesterday. A derby match is second to none. You just cannot get that worked up against Stockport at home. It is what makes a derby match so special.
-
Sell out week in week out, and he migjht think about it. This will not happen unless we are flying high in the Championship!
-
Asset without a doubt. Not the finished article, but has loads of potential!

The same Carlise team that just won 5-0 against........ MK Dons?? Complete over reaction, we played well, and in the end they are two leagues higher than us, with better players and premier league fitness. If we had of taken the lead, which with a little more luck we could/should have, we may.... may have beaten them, but as the game goes on it gets tougher and tougher to pull a win out of the game. Well played Saints... next season then questions WILL have to be answered if we are not challenging at the top of league 1.

I am sorry but the first clip looks like the police were very close and could have been out of their depth. Luckly it did not kick off big time! Still did not look that bad in the end! Little bit of pushing and shoving, but no fists thrown there. Like I say if they desided to kick off that could have been very bad as the police were well out numbered!
-
You will still start again and you will still be rivals. You will not go out of business though... just cannot see it. I will also be looking forward so much to your relegation this season, and hopefully with -10 or even more next season the same again please

To be honest, and you can check my posts from this week. I did not think we would win today's game, even though of course I wanted us to so much. 1-4 was not the scoreline that reflected the game and I thought at 1-2 that would be it, but they are (just about) Premier League, and the fitness and the quality came through at the end of the game. Yes I do not like losing to them down the road, but I do not feel that bad. We are two leagues below them, and put up a good fight durning the game. For 60 minutes we were the better team and should have been in front. We needed to score first and we did not, and that is the main factor in the game today. I am flatline when it comes to what happens to them, and really only give a dam about Saints, and OUR FUTURE IS SO BRIGHT.... I cannot believe it!! COYR!!

North Hertfordshire Saints
Dr Who? replied to Dr Who?'s topic in Overseas Saints / Supporters Groups
There used to be a few Saints fans on Saintsforever who lived in this area, I take it they have not joined this group?? -
Markus Liebherr. Well whenever I hear or see his name I think of Rupert the bear... but this has Rupert in it and does not roll that well in a loud long song. We could think of some other words. The saviour of Southampton FC!!!
-
Is that all, blimey that is nothing compared to the skates, but I suppose they do not have the protection of the prem league. Perhaps the cheque is in the post
-
It is criminal they won the FA Cup with players they knew they could not afford, and still have not paid for, even though some have moved on!! Crazy!
-
All the points that clubs have gained against them get wiped. I wonder how the league table would look? We would have 3 points worse off, and we would have the last weekend off!!
-
The 3rd from bottom team in the prem will stay up!
-
Home kit for once please!
-
Mr Liebherr does not have any loans and does not believe in having any in any of his business. I love the way the club is run. We have a very good club again, with very low overheads compared to other clubs.
-
Yes I was in the Chapel. Great view great company, but not how I want to watch football. I could not sit in there week in week out.
-
If we do lose, and they go out of business, will we go through or will the team they get drawn against get through to the semi's and Wembley without kicking a ball?
-
Yep they announced it at the game that it was th largest ever attendance in this compitition!! Brilliant! Now for the largest at a final!
-
looks like they got the supply and demand prices just right for this one.... another brilliant piece of business!!
-
Does Jonathan Pearce think it will be a saints win?

MK Dons Build Up Thread - It's a sell-out, folks!
Dr Who? replied to Saintjersey's topic in The Saints
I cannot wait to get away from work at 3pm and make my way down to Southampton. As I said in the first leg, I do think that the MK Dons main priority will be making the playoffs, and for this reason I see use winning this on 2-1 and 3-1 over the tie! I also think that we will play Leeds in the final!
