System did that for me several years ago too. At the time I was a bit strapped for cash, what with studying and only working part time, so I wasn't going to argue with it! The 1,300 newbies that have been mentioned, I assume that includes us lot who were on our "noble boycott" as GM put it t'other day, rather than us returnees being included as renewals. Would be interesting to know actually, how many are returnees - for no other reason than intrigue, before someone starts all that off again!

Oh my... now we're in trouble!

Tickets always say London Terminals. The one that specifically says London Euston is your seat reservation details, not your actual ticket for travel, but you do have to keep them both together. Even my Southampton to London says London Terminals, and that's all I've ever had when travelling to London, never actually ever had one that's been specific to Waterloo.

Not overly sure about this just yet, but think it's gonna be a grower.

Don't panic! With Ajax being three days away, and the start of the season being three weeks away, you can imagine where their priorities are lying atm!

We also didn't have ST's last year, quoted our customer numbers from the previous x number of seasons, and were charged as a new holder, not a renewal. Would've loved the renewal price, but as returning season ticket holders, not renewing ones, we quite rightly got charged the full whack. You got lucky!

Tickets have arrived. Now to find somewhere safe to keep them for the next couple of months!
