Birmingham is academically the best of those you mention by a mile. They have amazing sports facilities as well, think its called the Monroe Sports Arena.

I would like to see a national team chosen from the football league and managed by someone of the Biesla school and see them play Roys England twice a year. I bet that will reveal the levels of ineptness.
