  1. We do need to start enforcing minimum release clauses on academy graduates contracts, starting at £40m.
  2. Alternatively it may illustrate to Lallana and co that if you want out, you must submit a transfer request.
  3. Over reaction by the WUM's Someone broke the story, the Echo followed up on the story due to it being a local news item, they confirmed the story with their contact, they printed they've confirmed the story. The Echo is not The Intercept it doesn't have Pulitzer winning staff, it doesn't do investigative journalism and doesn't "break" news, it just reports local news.
  4. He's still sporting that Conchita on his face.
  5. OMG what a ***t!
  6. The treasured shirt number will be up for grabs, can it be given to an existing member of the squad or should it be saved for a marquee signing, if so who?
  7. any of Cork, Morgan or Big Vic.
  8. I am resigned to the fact we will sell Shaw, Lallana and Clyne, and I can accept that. However I will press the "Meltdown" button if we sell the above plus one of Lovren, Cork, VW, Morgan, JRod, Davis, Boruc or Chambers.
  9. A great footballing story that gets better the nearer it gets to the end. Hope he wins more medals before he hangs up his boots.
  10. By reports on MUTV suggest this is a done deal, just dotting the i's and crossing the t's: http://thebusbybabe.sbnation.com/2014/5/23/5745764/mutv-luke-shaws-united-transfer-a-done-deal Not suprised to tell the truth, he'll do well there and we could do with the money for the new managers warchest.

  12. This is a misconception. Mali International Group was valued in excess of £3bn. But after the untimely demise of Markus, the business group didn't do well at all, with mismanagement accusations rife. This resulted in mass redundancies and sadly the companies are no more. We are not as wealthy as we once were and some would like to believe. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  13. Those are figures from The Economist. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  14. I think what we have learned is if you go north of 10th you have to finish in Europe. Its in the interest of every club above us to break up our team to maintain their control and income. Pointy elbowed Saints are not welcome at the top table. With all these sales at least we can increase wages under FFP rules. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

  19. slowly warming to the Moyes idea, although he'd have to commit to playing our way.
  20. Window Cleaner is closest to the mark on this issue. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  21. If we get Yakin, that will be a coup d'état the CIA would be proud of: http://metro.co.uk/2013/12/17/tottenham-have-contacted-me-over-vacant-post-claims-basle-coach-murat-yakin-4234697/
  22. Spuds did try for Yakin before Sherwood was appointed. Sent from my GT-I9000 using Tapatalk
  23. I'd sell at the prices you quote, just need to get them off the books.
  24. Looks like a real candidate. I'd be very happy if we get him on board.
