He lives opposite me and says, "hello" in a stupid voice. Fact!!

If Alpine was a Man Utd fan he would have been one of the doom and gloom fans that chanted for Alex Fergussons head in his first season in charge. That is a fact. His level of sucess will never be reached. If he found a million quid he would grumble because he didn't have a pocket big enough to put it in. Sadly, that is in his nature.

In that case, now I know that a few of you were saying it, it must make it the stonewall fact you are proclaiming it to be. Thank you so much for having the casting opinion on all things Saints related, you font of all knowledge you. Permission to have a favourite colour you haven't vetted?

Our their ne carpenters ne moore?

Does that mean you cannot deny it so wish to try a smug ending to your losing argument?

If I understand you properly you are saying that if Norwich get a severe cash injection they will be able to buy better players. Let me work that out on my abacus.

Which crime are you referring to with Beattie? It could be his drink driving or the placing of his head in a bowl of muffins, if memory serves. That was a funny time on Saints Forever!!

Are you suggesting that we get the youth team to build cheap houses for the local community? -
The answer seems to be you would, she wouldn't!!

I think he got too big for his boots and that his submarine The Nautilus was never that good in the first place. It was only ever going to end in tragedy.

I think we will keep seeing this over the coming years. Get a few old heads in each year on free transfers, raid our own youth policy, bring in youngsters from prem clubs and abroad and off we go again. We have a manager that works that system very well who is unlikely to be poached and it will get our debt down slowly and gradually, whilst letting us watch half decent football. It's ticking all the boxes but promotion but then the tried and tested method wasn't doing that either, AND it was sinking us as a club financially. -

Didn't he throw his Teddy in the corner in the first few months of his first stint over a retraction in funds made available to him. Didn't they have to phone him half way down the M1 and give him more money to spend or he wouldn't come back? Is he doing it again? -

There has already been a change if he has left, surely? -
The thread title is racist and another thread should be started to redress the balance.

No idea. If his contract said he had authority on buying players and he wasn't had that, then perhaps he could argue he left the post because it wasn't conforming to his job description, but I am guessing. -

Has KK ever been sacked as a manager or does he always resign? I am not sure how he left Man City but I am sure he resigned at all the others. -

Is he sacked yet? Has anyone seen a link as the BBC site says he is still in talks. -

I wonder if this will really be the end of KK now as a manager? -
I have to be totally honest and say that I think the people that wish to stay away from Southampton based on their political feelings for the board etc are, in the main, deluding themselves. For starters it seems that most of the ones on here live quite far away and therefore do not go that often anyway. That lot down the road were much more vocal than us with their hatred towards Redknapp when he went back there and he has totally turned that opinion around. He is actually somebody directly attached to the football side of things too and not a paper shuffling background geezer. A few wins and people stop talking about non entity issues such as Chairmen and Boards. Just to jump on the bandwagon though, I for one am never going to fly to the moon until Gordon Brown gives me free petrol.

He does read the game well though, and stops a tackle always being needed.

He can't tackle. He never has been able to.
