I saw it. It really makes me miss The Big Match. I wish they'd bring that back.

I knew Jade quite well.

I think that people who complain about people who complain about the running of interweb forums are sadder.

TBF, Blackpool 'unearthed' him from the Championship, via: the Premiership, two high profile FA Cup seasons and Villa's acadamy. Whereas, we have managed to 'unearth' the likes of Walcott, Kenwyne Jones, Gareth Bale, etc. And that is only in very recent years. Stop being so quick to slag off our management/scouts/club.

Yes, because the squad Newcastle have assembled for £80m certainly aren't fluttering a coquettish eyelid towards the Championship.

This simple modal verb tells it all. This whole argument is predicated on supposition. In fact it is based on a negative action; a non-action; nothing. It is not about an action that Lowe undertook; it is about something that he didn't do. He also didn't go around alpine saint's house and brutally rape him before distinguishing his life forever and p*ssing on his bruised and twisted corpse, but we don't make suppositions for what positive effect this may have on Saints had he done this. Because we simply don't know.

Please keep comments like this to the Baseball Forum thread. Try again: Sometimes life bowls you a googly. Sometimes life tosses you a bit of a pearler. Sometimes life plays a semi-agricultural carve outside the off stump. Sometimes life is holed out down at long leg. Sometimes life milks you through the mid-off gap.

Thanks for this CL! I followed the link last time you posted it and was able to clear £12,000 worth of debt (debauched early 20s). It really saved me the time and effort of getting a job - jobs are for losers!

How are the fastest cars supposed to win now? I think it is disgusting that they have overturned this. It is positive discrimination in order to ensure that the British win. It is no coincidence that Ecclestone is British and he is overturning rules so that there is a benefit for the British. You don't see Sepp Blatter overturning rules so that the Swiss will win the World Cup.

Can you put me on the maybe list? -
I am too fat to work. My benefits barely cover the amount of crisps and fizzy pop I consume whilst posting on the internet all day long.
-
There is a more Brit-friendly version of that video called Shift Happens that is circulating in education circles these days.
-
The dad doesn't even look that fat.
-
It will certainly be impactful on the season.

It is true. I came third.

I was on Come Dine With Me a few months back.

when the away fans sing 'play up pompey' etc

Agreed. Southampton is neither a small town - it's a city! - or IN Portsmouth. It is approximately 27 miles away! They must be really dumb not to realise this, especially when they come down and they come into town on the M27 - it's written on the signs! Lol! Sometimes I wonder about the intelligence of football fans if they can't even get simple logical facts right. Perhaps if they realised how annoying it is to us, they would all stop singing it? -
I read a recent interview where he said his favourite song was "Foundations" by Kate Nash. It is odd that he has changed it so soon. Unless your source is perhaps an old interview and he has since changed it to the Kate Nash one? Where and when did you hear that it was Steeler's Wheel?

Saints couldn't afford Pearson - it all sounds very familiar..

I can't believe this story has been sat on since 2005. We should have been talking about this every day. It is so relevant it almost burns my laptop screen. -

Are girls allowed to play? -
In many ways not having someone new come in cold can make it harder to turn around a losing side. Players don't feel a difference so the change in mentality is a lot harder to manage.

Brilliant use of the straw man argument. And who said racists are thickies with no rhetorical skills? -
I'm pretty sure most clubs aren't as reactionary or short-sighted in their judgements of players as many Saints fans.

When are Ferrari playing Renault? I might see if I can tickets to that one. Ponty, how easy would it be to get tickets for this? I know they are the big two so I'm guessing I'd have to book well in advance. I'm not really into Formula 1 so don't really know how to go about it - any advice?

Saints News Update, I'm guessin you are new around here, but can you please keep any match comments to the Post Match Reaction thread. Thanks.
