Awesome thank you - very nicely written and I agree with everything he says, we've all been saying it, I think he's listened to his advice, his gut feel and taken on board fan sentiment; this is a perfect blend. If it doesn't work this season, then I can see a sale and moving on, but for now, I'm optimistic the past is now closed and next season will be exciting. Depends on the contract and clauses. Most 'sacked' under a term of 2 years will get their contract paid up. Some may be placed on gardening leave until the end of their contract. But usually it's a pay out.

That kit party was awful, massively cringe worthy. Russell Martin being best mates with the players, the kits themselves, the sponsor, the unveiling of Downes, the interviewing of random people there. So bad. Just get a well design set of kits up in the shop in good time for sales and thankfully I can't see Will Still being a hugging and fawning over his 'mates' type.

New Dacia Duster. Don't laugh, it's cheap, it's more than capable off road and should be cheap to fix. Land Cruiser a good shout as is the XC-90, although Volvos can get costly too when needing repairs. But I was just dropping in the thread to say NOT to get a Cayenne. Neighbour had one, lots of issues and crucially none of them cheap, but that's a sample set of just 1.

If those are indeed the kits, well done club! I also know for a fact that I'll have a little guy asking for all 3 this season unlike the abomination of a season (and kits) just gone.

This type of "journalism" can go under both what is happening to our country and small things that annoy you ... they find 1 social media (blurgh) post or 1 person with an opinion and make a news article out of it. Imagine the BBC doing this a couple of decades ago, walking into a random pub, finding some person, asking them a question and then making a national news article from it? ARGH! 😡

GOOD! The players are contracted, we can ask for what we want, I like this. Equally, I assume the players we don't want would be on sale or buy one get one free though.
