Went on Friday and have to say not only was the performance awful but the turnout was too. Maybe its still a bit early in the season or there's no real love for the 40 over game or maybe its the ****e start to the season we've had. But... £3.70 for a pint? And £8.00 for Burger and chips? Jesus! I've got tickets to all 5 days of the test in June, cant bring any beers in so fack me its going to be expensive!!! And i've been told by a friend who works there only 6,000 tickets have been sold for each of the first 3 days. Thats poor! Thought they'd virtually sell out Thursday Friday Saurday, but less than 1/2 so far

at great risk of sounding like Alpine, if we avoid relegation i'll be amazed. We had a poor start last year, think we lost our first 6 or 7 in all forms of the game including 3 county but this year seems to be worse. Getting into good positions then completely fluffing our lines. Atkins out

speed is what you need. i had the misfortune to watch leeds p*mpey earlier in the season and noticed the difference was how fast they played. both teams would have beaten us on the day and unless we improve on that score we will be lower mid table at best. i hate to say it but rickie lambert will struggle against quick strong defenders, and the target man might work at the 3rd tier but not higher.
