I can't remember the names, or in fact actually the music, but for anyone that went to Charlton for the 1-1 draw last April...? I liked what they had there... Anyway, as long as we win the matches... I don't go home thinking "we lost, but at least they played a song that rocked before KO!!!"

Keira Knightly and Kevin Davies (bolton) On the same exact day in 1992, the girl who plays the young Jean Grey in the latest X-Men film was born.

Dodgy referee in that A-League final!!! How Muscat avoided an early shower bemuses me!!!

She seemed very concerned over her image and loved flaunting about in her TV appearance on "Rove" (an Australian show a bit like J Ross but dirtier and funnier). I actually think she puts too much make up on, though...?

2 wins in a row is bound to bring optimism and scores once again skewed towards Saints' favour... but what if we think with our head? When has Saints last won a match away from home on a Tuesday Night? Saints haven't managed to go 3 in a row for nearly 2 seasons now also. We all know that if Ipswich play well they should have enough in them to beat us... but what if we play well? I'm going for a high scoring 2-2 draw. And to be honest, if most results went our way elsewhere, i'd be pleased with that. Anyone also willing to predict a floodlight failure?

Please don't change a winning team. That would be suicidal. They are learning how each other work, and if they really want to stay up, they will all work their socks of for 90 minutes. At this level, tiredness should never be an issue.

The good news is that there are a lot of teams clustered just outside the relegation zone, and 1 of them is bound to go on a horror run through the next few weeks. So, if we pull together a half decent run, we could get above someone and into the 21st haven. On the other hand, we've all seen how poor this team can play and if we lose one, the kick in the nuts could trigger 3 or 4 in a row again... I still think we will go down. A 1-0 win scored by a penalty certainly isn't resounding, and although Cardiff are a good team i'm not getting carried away with that result, or the Preston one. If we want to stay up we need to win most of our remaining home games - period. Oh and funny how the poll title turns to "will we stay up" when all is going well!!! Last month it is "will we go down" - funny how the mind works...!?!

SFC - Have we finally passed the lowest point ?
brightspark replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
An answer to the title question: I fully doubt it. Still think we will get relegated and fail to impress on League 1. Becoming an Oldham could be our low point for me. Please don't let 2 wins trigger dreams of lifting the Champions League trophy in 3 years time!!! -
Cardiff fan dead/on life support machine...

Its not sick. I'd rather it not be Saints fans as well as it doesn't look good on us as a club. He isn't exactly wishing the guy death is he? Sounds pretty bad. Will be keeping up with this story in interest. -
Do you feel something has just clicked....

Im still not going to get carried away with this team until we are out of the relegation zone with a bit of breathing space. The mood on here if we lose to Ipswich with a tame performance will be just as vile as a few weeks ago, and the fierce calls for Lowe and even Wotte to go will only be renewed. -
stunning as in... it was stunning to see us actually win...? they have to try to bring in the money, even if it is unlikely to pull much.
-
I'd love it if we deliberately injured their players early on, and went on to relegate them staying up ourselves. Now that would be poetic justice!!! The look on that little f***ers face would be to die for!!!

Agree with climate change. Al Gore won me over. The idea that Canada used to me a major ice like land and it melted, causing the whole of Europe to go to an ice age because of the introduction of more freshwater to the Atlantic Ocean... well its pretty reasonable. And guess what, Greenland is melting. Similar place. Hello ice age?

Oh f*ck, it was yesterday? What a waste of a year.

That I have to take metrogyl constantly to be rid of two parasites inside my body... that I picked up in the UK back in July. It can happen.

The eyes of the nation were on Southampton? What a load of sh**!!! As if this piece of propaganda will get me to think that the club itself is well run!!! oh, and... What a load of sh**!!! How can Nineteen Canteen possibly believe that his forum posts will suddenly turn us all into avid followers of Lord Lowe!!!
-
Its funny how one win always kickstarts belief that we can actually do this... But, despite my heart telling me we are getting ready for an escape, my head still knows that the club is a rotten sausage. I can't believe that we will win 2 in a row. I can't believe it will happen. We will draw or lose. For positive, battling sakes, I will go for a 2-2.

I went on today to see the smiling grin of Dean Gorre clearly over the moon after our terrific win over a brilliant Lewes side. I have to say this has given me the upmost confidence we will win against Preston. If the fans get behind the team then we will win comfortably. Such a shame that they will not listen. "erm... rupert... why are you posting on my profile?" ITS PROPAGANDA.COM!!!

Protests = Threat = Media Coverage = Increased Threat = More Pressure = More Protests etc etc... No Season Tickets = Much Less Money = More Debt = Unsustainable Business = Departure or Administration The answer is NOT nothing.

I hope i'm not the only one who thinks that this isn't actually a good result. We play a team like we did (lots of first team experience) and only win 2-0 against a reserve side of a conference relegation zone outfit. Utterly appauling. Thats why we're going down so easily.

Not many are left. Those that are really are cybermen... no emotion!!! If they wanted to watch some football they come to see the opposition nowadays? Media pressure on Lowe is what we need at the moment. If a pitch invasion gives us that and it could work we should go for it. You (people see quote) have your whole life to support Saints so surely you can give it a break for a little while during the "black death of Southampton"
-
1) There needs to be some more violent scenes. Pitch invasion would be great - this will have the media swarming and it will put Lowe back in the headlines. The media covering our story will be the way to pile the pressure on Lowe and his cronies. The threats of protests will grow so much that even the police could be glad to see them go... we need the media to help us and something unordinary - like a pitch invasion - will get us that 2) I think my opinion stands in between Ken and Stu. We won't get a ground closure, or a points deduction. We'll probably get a petty fine, which Wotte will come out and say "the fans are the worst thing that happened to this club..." The fine is mini. It is WELL worth flooding the pitch with angry fans.

We snapped him up from Plymouth did we?
