2 1 up now. One more and extra time would be good.

One Katharina, there's only one Katharina ....,..
-
With Ricky out of sorts, would be interested to see how this might work.

I'm not gong beyond mildly disappointed. And I travel round about 10000 miles a year to watch Saints. Not bragging, just asserting that I could be a real fan but not in meltdown. (Ok Phil, I know you do that for a single game)

What passing ability? But he's bloody good defensively.
-
Nice warm day, conditions good. This will be Gaston's day.
-
Ok, so being a foreigner as far as London is concerned I've taken this as a recommendation. Nice place, good beer, but where is everyone?
-
Ok in theory but as has been seen and stated before, unlikely to function without Davis the lynchpin. But leave Ramirez out, lose creativity, leave Morgan or Cork out, lose midfield control. I fon't know the answer. Hope MP does.

Going to have to put in a solid week decorating and bring forward booking the Greek holiday I reckon. But I'm sure she'll understand ......

Thanks. Really appreciate the offer but have to get to Wem. Train will be ok to Shrewsbury so I'll take my chances from there. Cheers again for the offer. Enjoy the game! Ps. Have Sent PM with contact details for future ref.
-
Hi Pete. I'm probably ok but where in Shropshire are you and when do you think you'll be back?
-
Think I'll cope. But do I phone now and admit to Mrs S now what I've done or leave it until tonight and pretend the train's cancelled?
-
In a stunning display of incompetence I have completely missed the late kick off, got up unnecessarily at 6 am, caught the usual train for a 3 pm ko, will now have 2 1/2 hours extra to wait for the game which will inevitably mean getting excessively wasted before kick-off. And the probability of getting home tonight is slim to zero. Should be fun.

Like a drink? Love the Saints? You may be able to help..

For the Fulham game I went to The Eight Bells near Putney Bridge and it was very friendly. Bar staff wore Saints shirts, but they may well wear the shirts of all away teams as the bill themselves as a football pub for football fans and actively welcome away fans. -
Seasons are always more exciting when we start slowly then improve. I remover the good feeling when we rose to 15th last year. We had such a good early season it's taken the pressure off but I agree makes things seem a bit flat. I really hope we can kick on again for a strong finish as end of season form often carries through to the next season. But I'm happily enjoying a stress-free end of season for the first time in years.

If we have a Plan B it's being more direct as we were in the second half at Fulham. But that doesn't seem to work that well against a packed defence. Otherwise our options are pretty well using Cork and Ramires as a more attacking and creative combination to Wanyama and Davis, but that is more open and the policy seems to be only to go that way when we're chasing a game. The big problem is the lack of clinical finishing, which seems to be contagious: Adam, Ricky and Jay were all struggling yesterday.

Jos has an eye injury.

Ok. Cleaning up is probably the wrong way of putting it, accepted. But it's not wrong to take measures to stop individuals who seem to be determined to stop normal debate. I can also agree with your policy of ignoring except that that becomes almost impossible when the behaviour is as aggressive and persistent as it has been recently.
-
If is is a banning for holding opposing views then I would agree with you but I don't think it is. I like to think it's a realisation that we were getting too close to the point when a few individuals could wreck this forum through aggressive and abusive comments to posters trying to have a rational debate, derailing of almost every thread to a negative agenda and monopolising the forum with repetitive threads started not to express a real view but in the full knowledge of the response they will provoke - classic WUM actions. I'm normally a calm and rational person but admit last night to an angry rant. If it has helped to start cleaning up this forum and reclaiming it for the majority I am pleased.

Only just seen MOTD. Thoughts are that we needed a fit VW to give extra aerial protection, their first was offside and totally changed the momentum, Maya make a pig's ear of the second although maybe it came at him awkwardly (but can't see Lovren not clearing that). Element of luck with their third - ricochet dropped just right for Noble. But totally agree we simply didn't take chances and could still have won. Unlucky day at the office. Time for an Adkins blue line and move on. Need Lovren next week.

Yes it is. Makes no sense whatsoever, like your other posts. If the sane posters stop posting, all is lost.
-
Yes. Would I care if you and certain others left this forum for ever. No. I am really getting so p!ssed off with these repetitive negative threads. Just get a reality check for fuk's sake.
