I actually agree with Tractor Saint and NC on this. Banter is fine, but the scenario of meeting someone on holiday and exchanging pleasantries and/or tounge-in-cheek insults is not the same as the one where an unsolicited shout of "Skate" is aimed at someone minding their own business.
