My favourites are the really lame ones that have obviously been manipulated to death and still don't quite work. A particular favourite is on a localish Porsche Boxster and is made up from something like B01XTR, with the 1 being wafer thin. It still doesn't work then though. BOX573R would be a good effort but would still look sh*t, IMO.

Proof Schumacher won the 1994 F1 title with an illegal car.

The ability to use traction control, or rather launch control as it was configured at the time, was never in doubt. I seem to remember that the FIA's investigation into the telemetry showed it wasn't used though. I think. Meh, it was a long time ago. I remember being bloody furious at the time though. -
It's £25.99 in Morrisons.

Yeah, the Commies weren't the dangerous side after all.

Don't be a plum. I'm not censoring you, the thread or anything else. I was just making my life less miserable by preventing the handful of b*tchy PMs becoming an avalanche. I don't think you have the right to accuse us (or me specifically) of treating your posts unfairly or disproportionately and if I pandered to the opinion of those who did complain about the title you'd have disappeared a long time ago. It's because I/we don't that you're still able to start threads.

Another favourite of mine...

I changed it purely because I got complaints from a couple of people who clearly hadn't bothered to read the firat post before assuming you were launching into Le Tiss again. I wasn't censoring you, I was helping out the less fortunate amongst us.

That's how Jim Carrey started.

That's flimsy, Dav. TDD isn't knocking Morgan at all there, he's knocking our position, if anything.

Toyota were selling shedloads of stuff on their website (even before they pulled the plug) and dirt cheap too. We tend to keep a lot as spares (we run showcars at the World Series by Renault and at the Renault Roadshows) plus we sell parts to collectors who've previously bought mocked-up or running F1 cars. Here's some Toyota stuff... http://www.toyota-f1-shop.com/home/b2c_tmg/b2c/display/(isQuery=no&layout=6_1_60_49_5_2&uiarea=2&ctype=areaDetails&carea=0000000026)/.do

This is the last time I'll ask. Knock off the baiting and the sarcastic posts designed purely to elicit aggressive reactions. I've sent out warnings and infractions tonight and I'm happy to send out some more if it doesn't end here. Cheers.

Nice sentiment StL, but I kinda like the stat that shows no driver fatalities in the last decade. The only decade since the World Championship began in 1950. Most of that is down to proper ****pits, safety cells and ridiculous balloon tyre technology. They do look good on those crossplies though

Oxford away please.

That's enough. If someone wants to start another thread about Trotman, feel free. If anyone wants to start another thread about St Will, Alpine or anybody else go somewhere else. Cheers. Note to Hypo; Not a pop at your original intentions by the way.

The first single I ever bought was Another Brick In The Wall (Pt II).

I can't be bothered to cross-reference this thread with the God thread but, AFAIAC, I'll believe in the Higgs Bosun when they actually find proof of one's existence. At least they're trying to do that rather than just tell us it exists and that we're all doomed to Hell if we refuse to believe them. I'm more comfortable knowing that if they fail to find any proof they'll put their hands up and admit it rather than tell us it's because science moves in mysterious ways.
-
I'm looking forward to the day they get it working, tbh. Hopefully it'll put some theories to bed forever. If we stop trying to learn and understand then we're as good as dead as a species, and what could be more exciting to discover than clues to the happening of our existence?
-
Ok, Panny old boy. I'll bite. You might be right that there is no "proof" that God doesn't exist but there is a whole heap of proof that what we're told about him and his "mysterious" ways is utter tripe. 2 tiny-weeny fibs. Noah's Ark - Laughable in the extreme. A single giraffe would have struggled to stand on one of the three decks of the Ark let alone there being enough room for the millions of species of land-based animals on the planet. Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden - I'm sorry, what now? Man is only a few thousand years old and was born of dust and woman was made from his rib? Yeah, ok. If the two best-known 'facts' are lies then that would imply that the whole concept is born of untruths.

Has Dawkins ever killed in the name of Atheism? Many religions have done this at one time or another.

Perhaps it was in bad taste, considering the posters who would contribute to a thread on the discussion of God/Religion?
