  1. Now I guess Boris will suddenly decide he wants to be PM and with the deal already signed and sealed he can blame it all on May when things go **** shaped.
  2. Looked like all sorts for the pics I saw, plenty of non-white faces.
  3. True, but it's still a lot clearer what Brexit means now than back in 2016. It's not about anyone winning or losing, it's about us deciding what's best for our country. If Brexit makes us poorer we all lose.
  4. I will have to read it. What was their theory on how they disposed of the body?
  5. Just watched the Netflix series and also found it a bit boring. Well produced but nothing really new in it just lots of moody shots of the resort. The dog evidence does raise a few questions but the idea that the McCanns did it then calmly went and had tapas with their doctor mates is just nonsense, especially as being on holiday without a car means they had no means of disposing of the body. The one interesting thing in the programme was the fact that they had made a block booking of the tapas restaurant, which meant that anyone who knew that would also know that their kids were alone in their apartment at that same time each night. I wouldn’t be surprised if the abductor knew this somehow. I can’t believe they left three young kids home alone like that, they should have got done for neglect.
  6. Disgusting behaviour by Cardiff, they should honour the deal whatever the fine details of the signing.
  7. Think that is nonsense, it was EU immigration that was obviously the main issue. And to be fair, since EU immigration has fallen after the Brexit vote average wages have gone up: https://www.theguardian.com/money/2018/sep/11/unexpected-rise-uk-pay-growth-jobless-total-40-year-low
  8. I'm still not sure how the HOC can vote through a deal they have mostly agreed is bad for the country just because they are scared to let the people have a final say. A second ref is not exactly a great example of democracy but surely it's preferable to a collective act of self harm. In the short term the MPs might claim credit for acting out the will of the people but long term, if it f*cks the country up then they will pay the price.
  9. You have to agree that a refurendum now would be a more informed descision? By far the most important thing we know now that we didn’t back then was what a useless bunch of ****s the Conservatives are at negotiating a deal. The EU have played hardball, there has been no banging on doors by German car manufacturers - it’s no deal or a sh!t deal. We had no idea of that first time around. Plus there is a whole load of other stuff that we’re not really seriously considered, like The Northern Ireland border problem.
  10. I agree in principle but in reality it was never clear what was being voted for, now it is much clearer so the common sense thing to do, if we are to make the right descision, is to vote again. Problem is everything has got so polarised and you have two groups of nob heads desperate to win their argument at any cost, common sense doesn’t get a look in.
  11. They will probably allow an extension on the condition of there being a second refurendum.
  12. Hopefully it’s Spurs v Liverpool, then at least one of the c*nts will go out.
  13. Love the way asking the people 2nd time around is deemed undemocratic yet it's OK to ask Parliament a THIRD time to try and force an obviously sh!t deal through.
  14. Providing material support for a terrorist organisation is a crime in the US so I guess we have a similar law here.
  15. More importantly, do we have a sell on % for them if they come close to winning something and f*ck it up in hilarious fashion?
  16. Yeah, and I don’t think the context of football rivalry is the right one to use it in. It’s not rocket science, if Spurs identify themselves as yids, to the clubs that hate them they become yid c*nts and that’s when anti-semitic chanting starts. I don’t have a problem with blacks calling themselves n*ggers, or Jews calling themselves yids, just a bunch of mainly non Jewish football fans throwing religion into a tribal football environment where banter and abuse is part of the culture.
  17. So people can call themselves whatever they want, anyone offended by words like ******, paki or yid just have to put up with it?
  18. You still need to explain why it takes courage to vote, where do you live, Baghdad?
  19. You still sound bitter. Are you sure you got sacked because of Brexit and not because you spent all day posting cr@p on here instead of working?
  20. To be honest my heart said leave but I’m doing pretty well, have a good job, nice detached house in a leafy part of Hampshire so there was no real desire for change. Hence I chose not to vote. Is that so hard to understand, even for you?
  21. “Share oxygen with wastrels like yourself” quite an angry tone of voice considering you know nothing about me.
  22. Yeah, because walking down to the village hall and putting a cross on a bit of paper takes real bottle I didn’t bother voting because among other reasons, I was on the fence. Still am to a degree, can’t stand the EU yet leaving has proved to be more hassle than its worth. Think you need to calm down a bit as well sweetie.
  23. calm down dear
  24. Shouldn’t you be looking for a job?
  25. Yeah, because you’ve been bang on so far
