I don't disagree except for the fact that you somehow think that p!ssing in the face of the club's history, legends and traditions, and treating people like sh!t are somehow needed in taking a football team to a new level. I would say all the above works against achieving that aim. The idea that all this bad Pr is a positive is bizarre.

Have you met him?
-
Of course they should, business wise it's a no-brainer. My mate took some clients to the Terry Paine suite a few years back and ended up sitting with Steele. They said he was a right laugh with some excellent stories. Made their day.
-
Yeah that's it. He met Matt Le Tissier and just forgot.
-
It does bode well that even with 'stale' training we managed to get results against Chelsea and Arsenal etc. I expect no less than a win at Old Trafford now with this new improved training.
-
sounds positive, but then so did Wotte and Poortvleit before they actually started managing.
-
I thought you were a c*nt before I had any idea what you looked like. That just confirms it.
-
The club can't have any complaints if he now decides to go to Arsenal or Chelsea. He's well within his rights to show SFC the same amount of loyalty at what was shown to Adkins.
-
Who the f*ck is Simon Peach anyway?
-
Paul Lambert has looked a broken man for a while now. It looks like that classic situation where he wants to resign but doesn't want to lose the pay off, and Villa want to sack him but don't want to pay him off. Norwich look like they are in free-fall as well which bodes well.

Where do you see yourself a year from today?

Players will play anywhere if you pay them enough.

Can you name the Top 31 Southampton Premier League Scorers?

missed Neil Heany, Micky adams and Neil Maddison. But they've missed off Jason Puncheon. -
A few weeks ago I thought Reading and QPR were dead and buried but now it is wide open. It really could be any 3 from West Ham down.

Andrei Kanchelskis

Peter Reid

I often find other fans views to be quite a good gauge. The do not read the propaganda spewed out by the club and are not influenced by petty internal agendas (like a pro or anti Cortese stance). Like when we hired the two Dutch guys, it was as clear as day to any football fan that we were f*cked. Yet on here you could still find people thinking it's a great idea after believing all Lowe's bullsh!te.

More pointless bad PR. You have to have the mental age of a 3 year old to believe the H&S reasons given.

Bucharest away was superb. If we make into the Europa I would be well chuffed, even if we went down.
-
You can still have immigrants when you are not in the EU, just control it and let in the skills needed. At the moment we have Polish doing the work for half the price while British people sit round on benefits, paid for by you and me, because it's not worth their while. Doesn't matter what you or I do, chances are there is someone in Romania willing to do the same job for a fraction of the salary.

Are we PRO or ANTI Cortese on this Forum

I would prefer it if the Leibherrs employed a CEO that cared about the supporters, history and traditions of the club. If that is not a goer then I'm happy to put up with the guy. It's a shame because I think SFC would benefit with a different approach. -
Well if they are a drain on their economy they could send them back, it should be up to Spain, just like it should be up to us. Allowing free movement from places like Romania is just going to make things worse, we will just be dragging us down to their standard of living.
-
No, they can stay there if spain wants them to. Which they probably do.
-
I think we should leave. Letting all these Eastern Europeans in is just a race to the bottom in terms of wages and standard of living.
-
Getting a loan out sort of hints at there not being one. You have to be a fool not to be concerned that we are already spending our parachute money and probably have a massive wage bill.
