There was no contact with Nani and the ref got it wrong if he thought there was excessive malice.

I'm going to watch the Sailing courtesy of my other half's work place. I think the whole Olympics thing will be a massive anti-climax though. Where is the doubt in the Norway massacre case then? There have been plenty of cases where it is not just "beyond reasonable doubt", if it's caught on CCTV or there are multiple witnesses or overwhelming evidence. For the really sick crimes I would sentence them to life with an option of death. Whilst they are serving their sentence a committee of judges will revue the evidence and if there is no doubt they get executed at a random date with no warning.

You are missing the point, that case was miles away from there being no doubt at all.

I would bring back the death penalty for the worst murders where there was no doubt at all in the person's guilt.

I guess it will all depend on how the finances were structured. The FL won't give a sh!te if CSI own 1 or 100 companies, all they will care about is if PFC have gained an unfair advantage by blowing off their debt. If their little summer spending spree is not fully paid off or taken care of by PFC then I cannot see how they can avoid a deduction.
