  1. Thats Noddy!
  2. I will say one thing to you :- Glenn Hodd..........Oh I just can`t be bothered any more!
  3. There will still be a forum in the same way that there is (probably) an ABBA forum even though they ceased to exist years ago. It will be full of grey haired old men with long beards or fat old ladies with sagging boobs talking about the "Good Old Days".
  4. 180 degrees? Or so that the stands are facing away from the pitch?
  5. Yep, them damn pesky smilies are always catching me out!
  6. I would have thought that with any serious investor, the teams performance not the thing that will either attract them or put them off. They will be looking at the infrastructure (stadium, training facilities, academy etc) and potential fanbase (they must have been impressed with yesterdays support after the Charlton debacle) rather than the current team. TBH if somebody serious comes in with money, the team is the easiest thing to change, particularly if they come in with a 3 -5 year plan to get Saint back to the Prem. I accept that which division we are in would probably effect the price that a new owner would pay but I really don`t think that current team performance will greatly effect their decision.
  7. Apparently the first episode of this series had over 8M viewers which is a record for the programme so someone is still watching it! Amsair Amsair Executive Aviation was founded in 1993, and is run by Sugar's son Daniel. As with Amstrad, the name Amsair is an acronym taken from the initials of Sugar's name "Alan Michael Sugar Air." Amsair operates a large Cessna fleet, and one Embraer ERJ-135 with the registration G-SIRA, offering business and executive jet charters. Amsprop Main article: Amsprop Amsprop is an investment firm owned by Sugar and controlled by his son Daniel. In September 2006 it bought the IBM South Bank building from private investors for £115 million. The IBM Centre occupies a prime site between the river and Upper Ground east of the National Theatre and west of ITV's London Television Centre. IBM's lease runs for another eight years. The trade press speculates that the site is likely to present a major redevelopment opportunity.[30] This was featured in the last episode of the 2007 series of the Apprentice UK on the 13 June that year, with the final two contestants planning to build a unique property that would be symbolic in the London skyline. Simon Ambrose, winner of the 2007 series of The Apprentice, currently works for Amsprop Estates. Viglen Ltd Main article: Viglen Sir Alan is the owner (and Chairman of the board) of Viglen Ltd, an IT services provider catering primarily to the education and public sector. Following the sale of Amstrad PLC to BSkyB, Viglen is now Sugar's sole IT establishment.[31] Amscreen Sir Alan is Chairman of Amscreen, a company run by Simon Sugar, his eldest son, specialising in selling advertising space based around screens that they provide to schools and bars.
  8. A star?? I am not being nasty, but how was she a star. She was famous (not the same thing as being a star) for being famous. She had no talent whatsoever. She couldn`t sing, act, write, invent things, win at sports etc. What did she do to make her "a star"? As for Parky resenting this, you may be right, but he proably resents it because she has not had to work or train hard at her "art".
  9. A limp what??
  10. Time the Conqueror - Jackson Browne and Tapestry - Carole King
  11. And at what time were the photographs taken??
  12. Looking back, I generally had a good Easter. Forget Friday! Had a good Saturday inc Curry night with family, Sunday Lunch with family, Jackson Browne at a sold out Royal Albert Hall sunday evening (amazing gig!), and Saints winning today. Not too bad.
  13. ...and another thing! That bloody Thomas the Tank Engine and his mates, using all that fossil fuel! Spongebob Squarepants serving high-fat crabbie-patties resulting in obese undersea folk. Bastards!! Quick Nurse! The pills!!
  14. Does that make any difference to his opinion? At least Posh had a career with The Spice Girls, regardless of your opinion of them. I don`t think that Parkinson had any "reality" stars on his programme. Most of them were talented to some degree or another.
  15. The support today was magnificent!!
  16. Jade Goody was an ordinary woman who revelled in her ignorance and who had very few redeeming features and didn`t add anything to our quality of life whatsoever - BUT, she was used and abused by the very people who brought her to our notice - the Media. When she first turned up in BB, the media took great pleasure in celebrating her "stupidity" making her a figure of fun. During CBB that same media turned her into a figure of hate due to her percieved racsism.Since her illness and subsequent death, they have turned her into a Mother Teresa type figure and in last weeks Sunday Papers there were 8 page and even one 12 page tributes to her. Her price for living her life in the spotlight was millions of pounds. Well done to her for playing the system and being able to leave her children looked after, but this whole sorry saga says more about the media that we have and what modern life has become than it does about Jade Goody.
  17. He also apparently is going to have a helicopter and a submarine!! Where is he getting his money from?? Gun running? Drug smuggling?? Selling his (and Big Ears) body?? Questions should asked!!!
  18. Sorry. I meant to put a after it. But you are quite right!
  19. I see in todays papers that Noddy is returning to TV. He has been up-dated and instead of his little red and yellow car he will be driving a little red and yellow "monster" truck or 4x4. Can we start a book on how soon someone from the Green lobby comes up with the serious opinion that Noddy is setting a bad example to young people?
  20. How exactly is your view more balanced? Virtually nobody agrees with you, so your views are 180 degrees opposed to everyone elses. That is not balanced. Balanced is somewhere around 90 degrees. You are stating the opposite to wind everyone up. You, sir, are a WUM. If you are Sundance, Flashman et al, you should be ashamed of yourself. We have enough to worry about without your atagonistic nonsense.
  21. Only around their heads.
  22. Kind of Ex-Saints type team I believe.
  23. Apparently managing Aston Villa Old Stars!
  24. It`s the fans fault.
  25. They usually cast Brits as baddies though.
