Agree with that. The last 2 league games have killed off our play-off hopes, now we have a big game on Wednesday. The question is will the team perform?
-
2008-2009 Seasons team.
-
"No I aint going to watch luton" is more likely the real reason.
-
None.
-
No, the Brentford game is away.
-
No, I will be watching Saints at Gillingham.
-
Nothing to do with pricing. People will use it as an excuse but if Saints were top of the league then we would be getting 25,000 +.
-
When the club made a big thing last season of Gillett signing his new contract a mate said to me “If you’re going to rely on Simon Gillett being your star player you’re going to get relegated” Well, he was one of our better players last season, and we did get relegated.

No, its not right. I am (was) in the same position. I need to buy extra 2 tickes for the MK game for by wife and brother and, like most fans would, like to get them a seat near to me as possable (Itchen block 4) luckily now the club have back tracked and i'm able to. (Though I have not seen this "back tracking" on the offical website yet). The club do not want certain fans to buy tickets in the Itchen North and its nothing to do with re-opening the Kingsland corner. Personally I ignore dulldays. He or she will just post to wind people up, why anyone would want to do that to fellow Saints fans is beyond me.

3 off us going from Parkway, might be able to sort something out? not sure what time yet but it's the 8:30 from Euston.
-
I have been to 74 of the current 92 grounds in the league. By the end of the season I should will have been to another 5 - Carlisle United, Colchester United, Hartlepool United, Milton Keynes Dons and Walsall. Could be more depending on cup draws.
-
They have also cut ticket prices for 8 other games..... http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/index.php?cms_ref=tickets_news

No 1 reason for losing – Having a ****ing crap team the last few seasons.
-
And the person (and fans like him) who started this thread.
-
Excuses excuses. No of Saturday home games 20 Cost of an adult ticket £22 20 x £22 = £440 Cost for a new season ticket holder £342 so if you can only make Saturday games you will be better off buying a season ticket, in fact if you intend to go to 16 out of 23 home games you are still better off buying a season ticket. Everybody wanted someone invest £12 or £13 million to buy Saints but some don’t wish to invest any of their own money or expect season tickets to be under £250.

Renamed.

Jan, 3 off us going from parkway around 6:22 i think - its the 8:30 from Euston. If its any good?
-
Agree 100% .
-
**** me, coming from somebody who has done his or her fair share of moaning about managers.
-
5 new grounds for me: Carlisle United, Brunton Park. Colchester United, Weston Homes Community Stadium. Hartlepool United, Victoria Park. Milton Keynes Dons, Stadium:mk Walsall, Banks Stadium (Bescot Stadium)

Agree 100%. He was ****ing useless and should never have had the privilege of managing Saints.

As Lowe is such a good chief executive I'm sure he will have loads of job offers, after all there are 91 other football clubs in England who must now be fighting over themselves to use his skills. Why stop at football though? There must be 1000's of other company's who are writing out their job offers to him right now.

Why would Forest want 4,300 Saints fans when they only HAVE to give Saints 3000? Would we be happy if Saints were at home and we gave Forsest 4300 tickets in a game either side might need to win to stay up? Tickets have been on sale for 3 days now and are still availble, any season ticket holder who fails to get a ticket for this match has only themselves to blame. Personally I would have let members get their tickets today, any member who is willing to buy a ticket before waiting on Saturday's results deserves to get a ticket over a season ticket holder who is waiting to see if Saints win on saturday. Yes I am a season ticket holder and yes I have my Forest ticket.

Too little too late as far as the Saints trust is concerned. Why did the trust not question Wild about hid promised investment? Why did the trust not question the overspending by the club? Why did the trust not question the youth policy by lowe? Why did the trust not question yet another failed managerial appointment by Lowe?

Yep, me too. My love for Saints has come flooding back. I hope now that this will lead to a new start for Southampton FC and us, our fans, united as one for the battle for survival.
