I think what Spors said about being an important part of THE SQUAD is important . As a back up and leader on and of the pitch it is better than signing someone like ABK whohas been a complete waste of time and money. I think it is a good move.

Not an expert by any means but if shops/hotels/ restaurants were built and then leased/rented to customers would this not provide a steady, if not guaranteed, income whilst still retaining the value as an asset?

Should be getting to Newcastle about 11pm tomorrow night. Very convoluted travel arrangements including flying to Glasgow and train to Newcastle via Carlisle but it was the cheapest flying option . Staying at the Holiday in Express until Sunday . Hopefully meet some you lot up there.
