  1. Looks good to me
  2. Just a thought but I wonder if Ralph was planning to use this game to give some of our youngsters some game time ,if so I would imagine he would rather the game went ahead even if it did add to our match schedule.
  3. Anyone else having trouble getting on to OS
  4. I personally don't want someone coming in and spending vast sums of money on the club. I like the idea of self funding and I think with the right manager (Ralph) we can carry on as we are slowly improving ,possibly reaching a European place or a good cup run somewhen in the future.
  5. Exactly what I think
  6. I think Ralph has a bit of a quandary here . Shane has been a great asset to us for a long time but is starting to shows signs that the energy levels are not what they were. So does Ralph persist with him or is only blocking a pathway for others . Only Ralph can decide if Nlundulu,Obafemi or Tella have the ability to make the step and become third choice.
  7. LIke the look of this team
  8. Sorry but I still say get to forty points and then we can take chances in a game like that . The way it was going a point needed to be protected.
  9. I think the point is that realistically our main objective should be to reach 40 points as soon as possible and that is one more point closer.
  10. I received my refunds into my bank yesterday
  11. I know this sounds defeatist but anything less than a two goal defeat I will call a good result.
  12. 20 points from the next 27 games and I will be happy . 20 points from the next 10games would be nice though.
  13. Why am only hearing about bloody Chelsea
  14. Newcastle away
  15. I think you need to look at the standard of opposition Utd were up against tonight . I am fairly certain that their CL form is much better than their PL form . I think that shows that the early stages of CL is only a money spinner for the big clubs with very little chance of them being eliminated. Every team in the PL (and probably most in the championship) would give the likes of Utd a much stiffer test than most of the "also rans" who are in the CL in the beginning.
  16. IF Man city beat Spurs on the Sunday a win at Wolves will put us second , I think.
  17. Match report on BBC website is saying Ralph is being linked with Man Utd
  18. I was at that game, stood behind the goal in the Archers, and can vividly recall Wyn Davies getting the equaliser with a header . I was heartbroken .
  19. Free hit as far as I am concerned . Chelsea should beat us so a good performance and a narrow defeat is perfectly ok.
  20. As much as I realise disagreeing with you is a very dodgy thing to do . I think JWP could do with a bit of time out of the action . He has played 90mins in nearly all ,if not all of our games for a long time and now he doesn't even get the international break to replenish his batteries . So one game away or even on the bench could be to everyone's advantage.
  21. I will be perfectly happy with dour rubbish and a 1-0 win rather than exciting high press 3-4 defeat . Lets get the momentum going and get some points on the board and then worry about style.
  22. Still no sign of my free pass and I have left 3 messages with the club over 3 days requesting a call back and still nothing.
  23. Arsenal, Newcastle and Southampton are monitoring Hoffenheim and Austria central midfielder Florian Grillitsch, Reported in BBC gossip
  24. I dont usually post a great deal and I do not intend to get into a keyboard warrior battle . It was information passed to me by a third party . I have no idea if it is true or not and care even less if you lot do
  25. This may be complete rubbish but I have been told that we picked up 6 long to medium term injuries yesterday and that does not include Redmond who is likely to be out for the rest of this season. Not sure of names but believed to be Djenepo,Boufal,Ings,Bertrand, JWP and Stephens
