  1. I was looking the the little link to say I like this like there is on facebook lol
  2. Do the administrators take there money from SLH/SFC before the rest is devided around staff, creditors and anyone else or do they get there wedge when the assetts are sold? If they take there money before then go and tell the staff there is no money in the bank for them unless someone buys the club then I think its pretty harsh. The line of work administrators are in should IMO get there money when they complete the job. If they do a bad job they get nothing. mean while any funds available go to the people that will work to keep the business going.
  3. As far as the FL are concerned thats what they want to happen. Buyers buy SLH and all it contains and the -10 stands with no questions asked. But why would someone buy the whole lot when legally SFC is a seperate company and is up for sale by the administrators? Buy SFC as it is and we will probably get stumped with a total of -25 or get pushed into buying a bag of unwanted waste that will cost to get rid of just to keep a members club happy? I cant see any buyer thinking that either option is a good idea.
  4. Not quite, there is always Marc Jack....... no wait........ ill shut up
  5. Well the positive of that statement is that there is not another 21 days exclusivity and the interested parties have the contracts in place ready to sign should they wish to go forward. However, if all the parties look at how the FL wish to do things as wrong and something they cant sign then we are buggered up a buggered tree. Doubt we will get any serious info between now and mid next week though.
  6. Dont you dare come back with any facts!!!! Stick to the nudge nudge wink wink stuff or other ITK's will get upset
  7. they could even have offered half season tickets on the same basis. It would have put enough dosh in the bank to tick over paying the staff and so on and if the club folded those that bought a half season ticket would not have lost as much. Automatic option to upgrade to a full ST should the club get taken over. How much would a ST cost in league 1 do we think? £300 - £400? So £150 or £200 on what is more than likly the seat you were going to buy anyway which also buys the club the time it needs is not such a bad idea IMO. Get it done Fry!
  8. 1. It is dragging on but im not sure Pinnacle have missed any deadlines. They got the exclusivicity and there is nothing to say that a deal will be done by the end of it. And if the reports are correct they are at a stand off with the FL so nothing will happen until one of them budge. 2. Seems we have been fed a few porkys on the money man. He may well have a foriegn bank account with hundreds of millions waiting to be spunked all over SFC but he is certainly not a household name. 3. Its not like Crouch has been taken in before is it? As fans we are all quick to back what we see as the best thing for the saints. Which is why he would probably do better running a football club he was not a fan of. His decissions would be based more about a sound business sense than an emotional fan. I dont want anyone to move aside, I just want someont to be comitted to getting things done.
  9. Purly based on it costing so much more to satisfy all the creditors. If the new owners have the money to do it then sure we would get the CVA and we just stick with the -10. I have no idea how much money any of the supposed interested parties have so I am just guessing. I think my point is more about why someone would spend so much extra money? If I have a porche that needs a bit of work and I will sell it for a reasonable price on the condition that the buyer also buys my run down house and pays off all my debts I doubt I will get many people seriously interested. And it would be fair to question anyones business sense that seriously thought about proceeding with a deal like that. The deal to me just looks allot worse which IMO just opens it up to chancers that cant see how bad a decission it may be. How said chancers ever made the amounts of money needed based on a decission like that is beyond me which is where I get the idea that we wouldnt satisfy all the dreditors and there for fail to get the CVA and as such be spanked with a further -15 points. All based on ifs and probably looking too far ahead but I just cant see it making sense at any level any more
  10. If only we could bring back the LLS threads lol
  11. Basically if someone just buys SFC then under corporate law it is not in admin so with the right legal wrangling I think the FL could be pushed into admitting it. I think they would come up with the -10 points in another way and I wouldnt complain about it but we would only have to satisfy the creditors of SFC. If someone buys SLH and all its assets then that would suggest the price would be higher (even though it carrys much more baggage that in turn would cost allot more) as you have 15mill for SFC plus what ever for stadium, farm, training ground, world class catering and what ever else is linked in but as SLH is legally in admin then all of its creditors would also need to be satisfied to get the CVA and avoid the -15 points. To me that just seems like a crazy option. Why spend so much extra money when the bits you want are legally not in administration? Thats obviously what the League want to happen as it digs them out of a hole they dug themselves. I still think the best way out for all concerned no matter who may or may not buy us is for the league to drum up a set of rules that accepts our situation but still punishes us for the position we are in.
  12. I dont get why anyone would buy SLH and pay more for doing it? If the FL are not following corporate law then i think its fair enough that we have a case to fight and 15mil for a club on 0 points is a pretty good shout. But buy SLH and all its assets surly opens us up to the further -15 points and puts us at risk of league 2 football. especially if in the mean time the players sticking around to find out what there option are leave and we also lose a few other players to keep the wages going. There will be very little time left for assebling a squad to fight any points deduction. So I would have thought that the value will go down due to the additional work and money that will need to be done to fix this mess? You buy a house that is as good as the rest in the street and you can expect to pay the same as the others. buy a house that needs to be rebuilt, would you pay the same or less?
  13. I think its fair that there wiill be some that are angry about the situation and in there opinion we should have done everything we could to avoid administration. there was certainly enough people happy to shout and gloat about how it would be so good for us so its hargdly suprising to find some that are ready to point out the obvious now. I agree that it would be fantastc to have a family club again with all of us enjoying the highs and lows of being a saint like it used to be but we are in a shiit hole and the sides have been greased so it looks like we will be here for a while. Realisticly do you believe there is anything that can be done right now to unite the fans? Years of Lowe and a few years of false hope and co(k ups have just about ruined this great club.
  14. Alarm bells should have been ringing loud and clear when we found out he could be linked in with this bid IMO. He means well but just doesnt have what it takes to run or be involved with running a football club. Not saying I think I could do any better as I would probably make a hash of it too. But there are not many people that are cut out for making it a success and he is not one of them. Chancers mixing with Chancers is looking more and more like it is the case.
  15. I just saw the clip of the interview he did on SSN. He didnt come accross like he was making any decissions. More like he was recalling what he had been told to say. He also said he would be working with TL behind the scenes with Matt running the football matters. That doesnt sound to me like he is the man funding things? Im not trying to put this bid down and im trying to look at things with eyes wide open but I get the idea that he is involved but as he doesnt have the readies he has to work to be involved. Maybe the readies are coming from someone else? But if they are why would they want this guy involved? He doesnt really show much in the way of being able to do business in the football world? Someone said yesterday that they know a couple of billionares and they confirmed that they wouldnt put there money in football unless they knew the person they were trusting with there toy knew what they are doing in running a football club. So is the money person behind this bid completly mental? MLT = Legend of a player but no idea if he can make it as a chairman TL = heads a business that has bugger all to do with football MF = a letting agent? If I was a billionare the above doesnt really strike me as the dynamic team i would want to run my toy.
  16. Who is it on here that knows MLT? And can said person ask MLT if he knew who the money man is before he signed up to the Pinnacle bid? I can only imagin that he was duped into thinking that this 100's of millions existed too so I guess he is not going to be over the moon with the outcome. Unless we are missing something about the pinnacle bid?????
  17. Aint Administration Great!
  18. Surly no-one in the right mind would pay 15 mill for a club that is almost certainly heading for league 2 via the -25 points deduction? The way I see it, if the league dont bend or alter the rules a little to let us get away with nothing more than the -10 points and admitting we were technically not in admin then Southampton FC is toast. Thinking about it I reaskon there will be a few companies lining up to take legal action against the league should we fold completly. Aviva for the mortage on a stadium that is out of use? SFC for being forced out of business? Barcleys may even have a pop as without a buyer the overdraft and any loan agreements are up the wall. There maybe a few other smaller business' that are dependant on the income from SFC and they may even have a case or at least add weight to the case of some of the bigger boys. I doubt all will be keen to right it all off as a silly mistake thats for sure.
  19. Thanks for highlighting those bits in Bold. It really makes sence now
  20. which will be to question something else lol
  21. He did at the beginning. But if this 7 days stuff is right then at that time they really did have the right to appeal. It maybe a case of the administrators thinking that was an open comment when lord d***face didnt say it was only for the next 5 mins. I would have thought someone would have gone and asked if that right to appeal was open to any future buyer. Kniowing that there would be the 21 days of exclusivity the administrators would have known the buyer wouldnt be done and dusted within a week. Sounds like someone messed up on the administrators side and lord D***face was a sly git and only told us half the story.
  22. I may be completly wrong but I think thats the idea I get from what has been released all over the place. They treated it like a bit of a shock when IMO its something that they should have known about earlier.
  23. They were aware of the -10 points penalty but were led to believe that they were able to appeal. They didnt find out they were not until they got the contract from the FL asking them to waive there right of appeal.
  24. Personally i think they are fighting this battle to make sure there is no chance of further battles down the road. That may include fighting the -15 or anything else. But it seems by the FL's rules that if we accept the -10 for being in admin we are then to provide a CVA to say we have come out of it. If we dont then the -15 is up for grabs. So while the league havent threatend it nor has it been spoken about by TL and co. Its sitting there ready to bite us on the arse should we not cover up.
  25. Would it be pinnacle though? I would have thought it would be SFC as the FL effectivly are restricting there options and putting them out of business by not complying to ther own rules. Pinnacle or who ever will be left smarting that they spunked a load of time and dosh down the drain but its SFC who will lose the most and might not have done if the FL kept within there own rules.
