So I take it you would have said the same thing if Lowe had stumped up loads of cash to keep the club afloat? I know I wouldnt have wanted Lowe back on the new board for any reason so I dont see why anyone else can buy there way on either? I dont really think that is why LC would have been invited on board as I dont think its how the new people make decissions. Would be gutted to be wrong on that one though.

Having any of the previous lot will leave the door wide open for feuds to carry on though. Everytime Crouch speaks out there is the risk of his words being incorrect or snipes about the previous regime. If the team dont do as good as we all would like or we dont head in the right direction the people who are against LC will be ready to have a pop and the old battles will continue. Having a club to support should buy the new boys a fair bit of time IMO and the first 6 months will be exciting. But then we will be in a fight to push for playoffs or to stay in the league. 1 will be easy to support while the other will be looking for reasons to blame.

As I said to FC. we are just speculating on a what if? no-one has confirmed that LM is involved or would be involved. join the debate if you want but if your going to read a couple of lines and slate others then your probably better off reading another thread

I said ages ago that winning matches will unite us all no matter who was in charge and I havent seen anyone suggest they wont support the new regime if LM or LC are involved. That was the last lot of supporters trick

Im realy torn about LM. I want him as part of our club due to the history he created but I dont get what he can bring to the club in this day and age? If its experience and contacts then great but I think there will be an element of sticking his fingers up at the previous knobs which will just stir them up to retaliate and the sniping will continue.

To be honest I think all 3 have had a fair share in putting us where we are. They all did 1 or 2 things good but they all stuffed up too. A clean sweep would have given the base for all of us to enjoy a fresh start and see where it takes us. Having any one of them still involved just leaves the can open for feuds and BS that we all have had to put up with for years. Worst to have back is obviously Lowe but I would actually put Crouch as equal with Wilde. Sure he put his hand in his pocket while the others skulked away and for that I am grateful. But on his word about being taken over by PA the shareprice went through the roof which buggered any real chance of someone putting a serious offer in. He lied about the Theo money and spent the OD. As a fan I cant say I would have done any better and would have gone for broke too. But do we realy need these kind of arguments hanging over the club for ever more? I dont feel like the world is falling in and I dont want to be so down about it but New times just dont come accross as exciting with any of the previous lot still involved.

TBF they have said what they mean several times up until now so if they say KK is not on route then there is no reason to not believe them. Crouchs words can be taken with a pinch of salt though and could mean absolutly anything.

As posted elsewhere it sounds like Pinnacle have denied KK being involved so is this just Crouch shouting his mouth off again and if so for what reason? If Pinnacle have got this guy involved at the top level maybe they didnt think a clean sweep was needed? If he is going to carry on with the cryptic press snippets then maybe they should think again?

If he drove away from the accident then I guess he wasnt breathalised straight away. that could have been time for his levels to reduce so it may be that he was further over the limit at the time. And if what Wilde-Saint said is true I would guess that he was a little over 2.5 times the limit. Besides, the legal limit has been reduced over the years for a reason. I wont drive on anything over 1 pint of Shandy as its just not worth the risk of running over a kid or something. Fair enough to put things into perspective but CL made a hatfull of errors and seems to basically have got away with it.

I think the celebraty bit comes into play when everyday folke like ourselves look at these morons and think our kids look up to them! put that with the fact that the courts seem to give them lesser punishments because they are celebraties and its understandable why it gets our backs up. So in some ways celebraties that fall the wrong side of the law should IMO be more likly to recieve the maximum punishments rather than the lesser ones. If our kids look up to them then they should also see what could happen to them should they also fall the wrong side of the law. As it is they think there hereos can get away with stuff then so can they.

I was there for that friendly and they bullied some of our kids about. Wasnt until Ras and Jesus came on that we started looking a bit better than them. They looked allot more organised than us but then we had GB as manager at the time.

Wotte is now looking forward to welcoming Tisdale to SMS. When Exeter play on Boxing day rather than as Saints Manager. Either Wotte has been told he is staying or he has been told he still has a chance. Cause the way he is talking it certainly doesnt sound like he is about to jet off to Egypt. ???

WGS is not working at the mo so why cant we contract him to sort out pre-season? At least the team would be fit for a tough league. That would be the 1st season since he left that the team start fit and ready.

With the team from the last 2 seasons then maybe not. but wityh the saints team we all think we should have? we should walk this league lol
