I think we should be able to be free to buy medicine, equipment, from anywhere in the world that is able to give us a competitors rate. Buy from the UK of that is cheapest. Buy from the EU if that is cheapest. Buy from Asia if that's cheapest. Buy from the USA if that's cheapest. As long as the NHS stays free at the point of Access and standard of care is the best possible then we spend taxpayers money, as wisely as possible with people across the globe.
