    However our plan is to put a young team together with an eye on the future! We saw the effect of signing so called premier experienced players and journeymen with Harry in 2005.I think we need to give this long term planning a go! yes it may fail but hey it might just give us a successful team for years to come could be an intersting journey with the team a few years off peaking!

    Yes! All at the club have commented on his talent his young in a new league and a foriegn country have patience and he will deliver!

    Di Matteo, Zola, Ravenelli, De Canio certainly come to mind not sure they have been any better or worse than any other European League in general such as Germans, Dutch, French etc in terms of settling in here! Also Gaston is Uruguayan and they are meant to be the country that plays a style most closely asscoiated to European than many of the other South Americans! (i.e. more physical than the Brazils etc.). There have also been quite a few Successful South Americans in the English leagues Argentinians Braziliansa as well as other Uruguayans (Poyet and Suarez) so not sure what your point is! He is only 21 a great talent and a long way from home so give the lad a chance and a bit of support to help him show his real ability!

    More worrying is our habit of conceding goals in the last 5 minutes of each half when leading (dont know how many but it seems like a hell of a lot)! It seems we just retreat and invite pressure every time we get close to the whistle! Most other teams recognise that you need to continue a high line and press (as we so successfully did for much of the game) all the way to the whistle!

    Our next 6 are not easy and they will be the real test! If we can come out of those avoiding a slip into the bottom 3 we will be fine! however it is clear that reading and Qpr are having a good run!
