Perhaps this is a thread for the end of the season. Winning the cup is unlikely given the sides left in it, but promotion looks achievable if we maintain this remarkable momentum. Were that to happen the board need to move heaven and earth to retain Eckhert and the spine of this side, something that appears very alien to them. Do that, and a majority of supporters will give them some slack in terms of their stated goal at takeover, the club finishing in the top half of the top flight on a regular basis. This is the most ‘connected’ the team and fans have been since Koeman, and I sincerely hope that SR avoid breaking that.

Spors deserves some credit for making this such a difficult choice. Fair play! -

Norwich deja vu. Let’s hope same result and crying from the wankers!

Unstoppable Tondaforce.

Exactly, 45,000 deluxe £11 hot dogs per game = £495,000, no brainer. Hopefully Misti Choudhury is all over this like a data driven rash!

Was watching a video with some ex-players a few months back and one made the salient point that in the Championship a side that hits the form sweet spot in the final two months is one that goes up. So that's my feeling there. A few of our players have also said in recent interviews that no targets have been set, and they go out to win every game. This mentality is top down from TE & Co., another refreshing positive. Last two league games I have seen Saints beat a shithouse Norwich side toe to toe (plus inept ref) and school / toy with an Oxford Utd side who appeared to be our equals earlier in the season. Not as much fun as the 5-0 QPR demolition, but adapting to niggly teams who themselves tried to adapt to resurgent Saints. Thus, remaining games all look winnable / survivable to me. With the cup, well it's the magic of the cup. I would have chosen Man City over Arsenal for the QF as we seem to have done OK against them in recent years. Arsenal underestimated us / were distracted, so hopefully Man City in the SF do exactly the same, and come unstuck. They wont get an easy ride, I know that much. If we get to the final we will have done it the hard way as underdogs and I reckon we might have enough at the 50th attempt regardless of Leeds or Chelsea! COYR!

Jamie Laing and Joey Essex lined up for next year. Touch of class.

Hot balls mate.

Would have put my house on this - the FA hot balls strike again. Fuck all to fear and the underdog tag always suits us. Let’s piss on the Saudi fireworks! COYR.

Maybe get him to Staplewood tomorrow for some heartfelt congratulations from the board and an improved deal. We can likely keep him providing we get promoted. Be wonderful to build something at the club with a young manager and nucleus of this side!

Wow, just wow. An absolutely remarkable and historical result! So proud.

Ref should have red carded that cunt for that!

What a gem Peretz is!

Unravelling a bit currently!

Weakest links tonight appear to be Azaz and the Wood THB partnership.
