Always been an odd club as long as I can remember, and on our shirt tails until the remarkable title win under Ranieri. At that time a nudge that a provincial club still might be able to ‘do it’ in the mould of Derby or Forest in 70s and 80s. Since the title win they’ve become incredibly unlikeable in terms of fan entitlement and bullshit and i wouldn’t mind betting they have a difficult time in League 1. As a club I don’t see much similarity to us in terms of ethos and sentience, apart from same identikit stadium and relative size. Not sorry to see them slump, they fully deserve a spell in the wilderness!
