Did anyone else catch this or has it been repeated since this morning, has anyone heard?

£6 mill for Butland or McGregor for free or Forster for £2 mill. The latter both with much more top class experience (well, SPL anyway). Thing is would we spend £6 mill on Butland and then make him Kelvin's back up? If it's true we're willing to spend big on him, surely he'd be coming in as first choice?

Upson is a left sided CB - would this mean him starting ahead of Jos of being cover for Jos? Or would it simply be down to who performs better in pre-season? Would be an interesting signing and good, if he can re-capture former glories.

Few Twitter rumours about saying we're close to signing him. Not sure if there's any truth in it, doesn't fit our general policy but would give us some Prem experience.
