Ivan Katalinic's 'tache

F**k all point playing like we did on Saturday if we don't produce the same tonight. Biggest 45 minutes of the season coming up...

Would Liverpool be financially in the s**t if the Torres deal fell through but they had to pay out £35m for Carroll? I know they've got a new owner but that would be a pretty big hit... Not Saints related, I know but would be funny - especially after the shirt burning.

Forecast to Eastbourne on loan apparently.

Loan fee + off the wage bill + removal of disruptive influence = win, win, win.

And I'm guessing no more in?

Welcome Jonathan - looks like you've a few doubters to win over so all the best!! We asked for pace, NA had brought in pace, hopefully he'll do the business.

What the hell is NA doing talking to the media when he should be completing multi million pound transfers?!?!

I wonder if NA and NC have taken the day off from running the club to sit there and laugh at the rumours/threads on this site and the Echo stream etc.?

Oh, we've not missed out on another striker? But why Totton. NC & NA out FFS.

Would the medical be done at Staplewood & therefore the PR & interview with our new global superstar(s) could be done there too? Then NA has time to dash back to the stadium to announce the earth shattering signings we've made? That's the way my over optimistic signing mind has interpreted this anyway!!

Latest comment on the Echo live stream is that CMS is at SMS and was posted by a user called Ed Chamberlain. If we can't trust that rumour, what can we trust??? ;-)

He's probably fielding hourly phone calls along the lines of: "it's Sky here, have you sold Chamberlain yet?" However, let's hope he's preparing a couple of webpages saying "[insert name here] signs!!"

Best not let him become pally with Barney then...

Somewhere between nought and zero.

Another Saint good enough for the Leagues above but not for us???

Jackson would give us the option of pace definitely. And if confidence is now an issue, perhaps our resident manager/physio/sports psychologist can help him out!!

Do loans count because we would still hold his registration?

27 according to Soccerbase

Probably playing/played in Europe for them too. I'm coming round to the opinion that old Rocket may be about to continue his zero percent success rate...

Speculation on another thread that Guly might have picked up an injury, if so definitely need another forward.

Will be interesting to see where we play N'Guessan. I thought he was a winger, and the OS says so too, but he seemed to be playing up front with Lambo when he came on. I guess where NA sees N'Guessan playing will determine who else he wants to bring in (if at all).

Fantastic performance. Must follow it up with the same again at Exeter on Tuesday although I wonder how much a performance like that will have taken out of them.
