Today we saw the difference between a side who acted quickly when they appointed a manager who wasn't working out for them and a side who have persisted with another who isn't a good fit, in the hope he can somehow turn it around. Roy Hodgson, for all his faults, easily out manoevered Pellegrino this evening, IMO.
Krueger's ill timed comments have backed us into a corner and mean we're probably stuck with Pellegrino for a few duff results more.
