  1. Guess the club let him down by not tapping up Rodri and Donnaruma
  2. The overall contract might be better at Blackburn, though
  3. His 'charge' will sky rocket once the cycle of property valuations kick in (3 yearly?) In places like Blackpool (often used as an example), where property prices are very low. How will it work if the majority, probably a significant majority, have their council tax slashed....will their bins still be collected, will there be enough money for the endless HMOs?
  4. So, some millionaire who bought their property 30 years ago, is just fine and will probably pay less for their services than the poor person from Blackpool not sure that will pass the Labour sniff test. Or, buy a £150k house and spend £1m adding to it. job done, system bypassed.
  5. Surely your recent renovations would make your property a great deal more valuable than your purchase price (not even taking into account property price inflation), so I would expect your monthly/yearly charge to reflect that. 0.48% seems enticing for some, until it is routinely increased, probably widely by some local authorities.

    The Odyssey

I watched it yesterday as noticed it is available on Amazon. Thought Leto was very good and the film was decent to be fair (for what it is)
  7. Something about being trained at an English Club since the age of whatever
  8. There is a distinct lack of German Flags in bios around social media. Guess this is the new normal. In other news, hundreds more crossed the Channel illegally over the last day or so. I am sure Andy B will have his own 3 world phrase about dealing with it.
  9. More diversity/peace barriers needed in Berlin.
  10. Just watched the Joshua fight. Now set up for a Joshua v Fury content Cant help but feel that Joshua v Fury in their prime, Fury wins comfortably. Joshua, although a supreme athlete, is incredibly upright and rigid. Fury is a pure boxer. Trouble is, both are way past it in comparison.
  11. This is proper advice that our FAB would do well to follow, and not worry about the gender neutral toilets or diversity quotas.
  12. 🤣 That would have been some transfer (for us)
  13. And now he is 'on the beach'...
  14. Bree is the 'Jelert replacement' I would have thought
  15. Acer https://www.facebook.com/reel/1773283173802245
  16. I can only see 1 more friendly on the fixture list? Add the supposed closed door game... What are the other 2 or 3?
  17. As much as stating (as a centrist) that Farage is a racist and a racist....
  18. https://www.politicshome.com/news/article/labour-forde-report-antisemitism#:~:text=Exclusive%3A The Forde Report has revealed that, that the party has found itself dysfunctional”.
  19. and yet, Burnham is the leader of a party that used racism, islamophobia, antisemitism as "factional weapons" in the last few years, whilst being responsible for harassment and discrimination.
  20. That’s a classic partisan double standard, though. What alarms you about Farage is grounded in your political stance, just as what reassures you about Burnham is. Millions of people find the full range of policies alarming, while finding Farage's approach refreshing. Claiming your own political preferences are just 'objective foresight' while brushing off the other side is pretty much partisanship 101
  21. after incredible assist against Wrexham 12 months ago, DD has added GOALS GOALS GOALS to his game. Going to lead Poch's men to world soccer-ball glory in 2030
  22. One to save when Farage is being driven to the Palace requesting to form a Government in a few years 😜
