SOmeone's happy after another win... https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1DioJkonoi/

I think to lay the blame on Baz is harsh. That being said, he is a terrible keeper and the poster boy for everything that is wrong with Sports Republic. Shame we can't shift him off to Goztepe (or France)
-
I thought he looked pretty slow today. I get he is probably shot from a confidence PoV, but running with the ball seemed very slow for someone who is supposed to be a bit of an athlete.
-
What leagues were these samples taken from, and relative squad quality compared to the rest of the competition? WGS, for example, has a win ration of around 34% at saints. Would you say Carrick would do better than him?
-
A Round Table would go something like this... Claudia "Soggy, who have you voted to be banished, and why" Soggy "Well, about the person I am nominating.. something does not sit right with me, I have been watching them all day and it just hit me *Turns board round*....I love you Ben, I think you are a great player, but YOU ARE A FUCKING ZIONIST"
-
You can see why he doe not start. Gives the ball away a lot, and times and really dangerous position. This is not always trying to play with flair and beat his man, but with rubbish passing across the pitch Got talent, yes. But, being in and around the team this season and not having the pressure to perform weekly, is probably not a bad thing to be fair.
-
of all the naysayers...we will probably bring in a keeper in January anyway in a bid to save the season (ie, playoff push)
-
exactly. Very little has changed, just the opposition
-
One or two were suggesting we would never going to sign a player to be No.1 (or compete for No.1) as Ramsdale was only on loan... Like Ramsdale is ever coming back here.
-
you do realise who we were playing? They still had as many shots as we did and the midfield was still wide open. I doubt many teams last season would appoint a new manager on the back of beating us.... The interim manager needs to be replaced ASAP
-
Remarkable isn't. Just seen one glowing about TE, saying he is a 'little genius'.. What is wrong with these people?
-
Which would be ridiculous
-
Given Sheff Weds were so bad in general, Fellows was able to spend more time further forward. And guess what, he looks pretty decent and dangerous
-
MLT reckons there have been over 150 applicants for the job.
-
A decent team would have caused us all sorts of problems Despite Weds being utterly woeful, they had as many shots on goal as we did.
-
Surely the simpletons at the club are bot going to give it TE, why on earth would they?

Manage Southampton on Football Manager 2026

It is not immersive Many of the options/screen have more clicks at access them (making it very easy to not bother) Match days feel soulless, although much improved graphically The UI is colourful mess, lots of big square panels the UI is more 'touch' friendly and lacks depth. It is a less geeky/spread sheet style of game AI assistant, yeah, no thanks Recruitment control replaces in-depth scouting, making it easier, removing some of the perceived detailed experience Training is less immersive, previously you do things with individual sessions, now it is again simplified Staff management is more streamlined Finances appear to be dumbed down with the info you receive Match day shouts. I know these did not do anything, but a nice little feature to push you closer to the touch line, not just sat watching graphics. Much of the depth and granularity appears to be lost/reduced, or hidden behind many additional clicks. You may say the some of the above is wrong, but that is my experience. The game, for me, is very easy to not bother. Previously that was not the case at all. I believe there is a desire to broaden the appeal of the game (ie, widen the customer base), making the it easier to get started, but it is less fun to get into the weeds of, for me at least. That is not counting the horrific mess that the game was (and still is) Upton release. That was unacceptable IMO given the price. The positives. In/out of possession positional maps Match day graphics (but this is not something I really cared about) I would say the logos etc, but this is not global on the game and is always sorted by 3rd party modding anyway. You can disagree all you want. That is why I think the game lack a lot of depth and, quite frankly, a farking disaster. -
Win is a win. Played pretty well. We did however, routinely give up the middle of the park, and we were playing comfortably the worst team in the league (who are in administration), at home, at the end of a 3 game week.

I have told you my opinion, you just happen to disagree. The game is farking shit. The world largely knows it. If not for massive updates/changes, and the modding community, this could be a disaster for SI. -
