  1. Agree, he can have a summer off, probably wait till the World Cup starts, when premier league (+top european) clubs will take stock and start firing managers. Everton, Newcastle, Leicester manager's will need to perform as they would all love him at their clubs. I would love him back at Saints, but he dines at the top table now.

Exactly. Both sides will say then won/the other lost. Both will claim the lives of 10s of 1000s of the other. But ultimately Russia will have taken vast swathes of the country, despite the UK and the US (+ a few others) ploughing in sums of money/support that would arm an advanced Western nation for a year or so. Note I say the US and the UK as the leaders of the EU have embarrassed themselves over this. The rhetoric now from the West rarely claims Russia will / must lose in Ukraine.
  3. Old Orientals was another
  4. I know you in interpret a Poll in many ways, but Keef should be in a different post code to Boris https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2022/jun/11/poll-says-keir-starmer-worse-choice-for-pm-than-boris-johnson
  5. The 'tators mentioned the other night that Jamal Musiala was at saints briefly. If I hear that right?
  6. Southagte's praise means little to us. The game was dire, the last few games have been dire. I note that the performances are being dismissed as end-of-season affairs. In part, that is true, but isn't that the case for the other top teams? Anyway, I genuinely believe we are on the way down with Southgate and the world cup will be his last. He has been great, but everything comes to an end. Anyway, Southgate is a bit of a wet lettuce, who probably sits down to piss

  8. Your social media feeds will explode very soon, about how Nunez is the greatest ever striker, better than Haaland, Mbappe and Kane combined.
  9. Van Dijk was 24-25 when he came to saints, already won titles played in European competition for Celtic I am sure this keeper will be good, but come on....
  10. We are run pretty poorly. Makes it more strange when fans salivate every time when Siemens talks.
  11. Rwanda is good enough for this lot... https://www.unhcr.org/rw/17295-first-evacuation-flight-of-2022-from-libya-to-rwanda-brings-over-100-asylum-seekers-to-safety.html
  12. Starting to like our new set-up
  13. Ings or Shane Long?
  14. We need a throw-in coach (madness), or one of the coaches we have to get this sorted. From the dithering throw-ins from our fullbacks, to the absolutely hilarious long throws by Salisu. It has been comical for a while now
  15. Come on. We clearly poached Sir 'Arry of Redknapp from Pompey. We were a propa football club, innit
  16. Theo sorts the curry nights and Shane does the entertainment? Not bad for around £5m+ per year!
  17. Grobelaar at home to Spurs in the FA Cup. But there may be a reason for that 🤔
  18. We pay people millions of £££ to be 'good eggs' around the place?
  19. A very good mate has seen him a fair but at Fratton and believes he is the dogs danglies. Excellent keeper who is very good with the ball at his feet/sweeping up. of course that is league 1!
  20. Guly at home to Pompey (2-2 game)
  21. Ok…
  22. Is that right about the latest round of premier league awards? 6 Liverpool players in the team of the year. Salah wins player of the year and Klopp Manager of the year. And some media pundits do not agree with Guardiola’s view on Liverpool bias!
