I'm going with no, based on Dragan owning more than 75% of the shares of the Holding company that controls SR Ltd. I don't have the access to see who owns what in terms of number of shares, but one article that's published lists the shares with a value of £0.0001 so any share ownership even up to 25% is nominal at best and merely serves to confirm voting rights, attendance at AGM and the distribution of dividends (very unlikely!). The value is the same for both companies.

Possibly - it doesn't give that much detail on companies house. All it says is that Dragan owns more than 75% of the shares... @trousers may be able to shed more light - I'm pretty sure he / his company subscribe to Endole and can get the full shareholder listing

Second picture shows that Dragan owns more than 75% of the shares - safe to assume 100% - of SR Holdings. It's not shown in the pic, but companies house states SR Holdings owns more than 75% of the shares of SR Ltd. Not every company is set up the same...

Kraft and Ankerson are directors of SR. Significant control and share ownership of SR is held by SR Holdings.

No. Well, certainly not of SR Holdings LTD as that is wholly owned (in terms of shares) by Dragan.

The 'articles' don't tally with the information about the companies on companies house.....

Simple search on companies house.... Sport Republic LTD has 1 'person' who has significant control of over 75% of the shares (safe to assume 100% as there is only 1 person) and that is 'Sport Republic Holding Ltd' : Similarly, Sport Republic Holding Ltd has 1 person who has control and that is Dragan Solak : Pretty safe to assume then that Dragan has 100% control over SR, via SR Holdings.....

An article I read says that both Shell and BP have paid tax in just one tax year since 2015 and even then the numbers aren't huge! It's criminal how little profits there must be in oil and gas when there isn't a war on.
