We're too engrossed with following the Health and Safety rules to the letter. I was in Zeebrugge a couple of weeks ago where a hotel was being built. Basically a shell with the walls and floors of concrete in place, four storeys tall, no scaffolding with a couple of blokes adding bits to the roof in their tracksuits and trainers. Not a hard hat, hi-vis or H&S goon in sight. Probably saved them millions on the building costs....

Tactics changed early in the match, good team formation, solid subs and a draw against the top of the league. Is the new manager actually Ralph?
-
Which, when you think about it, is a miracle given that we have (allegedly), without doubt, the worst squad in the league, the board are completely inept and the manager gave up almost two years ago and has spent that time looking forward to his retirement. 3 games unbeaten and a draw against top of the league with our current handicaps is a great achievement.

Errr, working from home?

Not necessarily Hamilton related, but the FIA announced nearly 2 weeks ago that Red Bull broke the rules, yet for some reason seem very reluctant to communicate any sort of penalty for doing so.

No. HTH.

Have you noticed the Governments we've had in the last six years?

So, are we back to the 'it's not his team' defence?

I'm assuming we should be getting that back any day now then? There are 7.88 million households in the UK. If each of them is to cough up £68 to cover the cost of the failed firms (although why the public should be paying for these losses is beyond me as I'm guessing that the money owed by the failed energy companies is to Centrica who have a monopoly on supplies in the UK and own British Gas), then that will give a total amount to be repaid of £535m (7.88m x £68) : more info here Centrica's profits have increased fivefold to £1.34m this year, more than double the £535m cost of the failed businesses. More info here Although the £68 per household figure doesn't add up! Take the difference between the tariffs in my previous example and times them by 365 days and I'm paying £178.85 per year more that I was. Where is the additional £110 on top of the £68 going? I'm assuming it's not on 'green levies' as they have been cut from £172 last year to £153 this year : info here
