Impartial and incompetent are not the same thing.

And yet you firmly believe the opposite is true

Hhhmmm. So I'm reading too much into it, because apparently that's 'what I do' and yet, by your own admission, you really do want footballers kneeling down for a few seconds to instigate a change in the law. I'd hazard a guess that if you really are committed to changing the online anonymity laws then there would be far more effective ways to do that than getting football involved.

You understand how the two statements can't both be the truth don't you? Cummings claimed that Boris was too stupid to understand what the protocol meant, whilst Paisley is claiming that not only did Boris fully understand the protocol but that he expressly stated he would 'tear it up'.

Seems to be causing quite a lot of issues over in France. Who knew that an industry that was reportedly worth the square root of fuck all and contributed next to nothing to our economy could be used for political agendas and point scoring? Not sure what all the fuss is about really, after all, haven't we been told that fish, you know, swim? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-58894876

The mens cycling union is also suing her for €1 - which is apparently 'symbolic' but they will have the right to ask for damages should they be succesful which could be expensive.... https://cyclingtips.com/2021/10/the-cpa-is-suing-the-opi-omi-tour-de-france-spectator-for-e1/ -
Turns out the conversation is far more nuanced than that and has spectrums and everything.

Law changes? Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it looks like you are expecting footballers kneeling for a bit before a football match to result in law changes regarding racism. 1. Don't we already have very well defined laws regarding racism, with penalties in place for those who digress? 2. What laws are you expecting to be changed?

I think you've got your threads muddled up. This is the one where issues can be highlighted and discussed and the whole world will be rosy, without anyone actually doing anything. Besides, if you think I'm doing the manual labour bit of the floor replacing you need your head read.
-
I highlighted the issue that the flooring needed replacing in our hallway, which instigated a discussion. Flooring still needs to be replaced.

If the aim is to 'end racism', surely even you can figure out if that has been achieved or not?

Good old Brexit, the cause of all the issues in the EU, again! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-58896847 Odd that the EU don't mention 'Brexit' as one of the various reasons...

Lover scourned?

What's your evidence for this?

Looks like the fuel crisis is over now, so can we use the army to clear the moron insulate Britain protesters instead?
-
Was the racist doing anything before the police tried to arrest him / her that would, you know, signal that they were a racist, or was it just a random arrest?
-
Sweetens the deal?

Next you'll be telling us that sometimes people lie on the internetz.

Takeover tactics?

Well, that and the fact that we don't have any carpet magnates with the spare cash to buy us.

Surely you're kidding? He's definitely disabled - see 'Kryptonite'. As for mixed race, he comes from another planet, doesn't get much more mixed race than that
