It's about £27 if I remember correctly to file for and receive a CCJ against a company that refuses to pay what it legally owes The question should be, which Saints fan will be the first to register a CCJ against PST and how many CCJs do they need to fail the FPPT?
-
I wonder how long it will take them after the takeover to register some sort of 'fixed and floating charge' over FP?
-
Love this picture! Would love it even more if someone who is a photoshop genius could cut and past all their faces onto 7 Ted Bates statues - the first version of course The guy on the left has got the pose down pat!

Have you tried something like this? http://www.wix.com/html5/websites_403?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=bi_en_1%5Ewebsite_z_vb_build-1--x-build_website_xx&experiment_id=build%20a%20website%5Ee%5E15799107783%5E1t2&gclid=CNCwlpqZhrMCFWXJtAodUDYAAw

EDIT : Correction... Pompey entered admin on 17th Feb 2012 - Winding up petition heard on 20th Feb. Lumpitt and 'two board members' were made redundant on 22nd Feb when Tricky Trev was appointed... AA DID NOT sack Lumpitt, nor did he hold any control over PFC - this was ratified by the judge in the winding up hearing when he appointed Trev. Remember then how Chinny offered £500k to gain control - via AA - at the hearing? Yet more proof that AA and Chinny held no sway over the events at PFC while Lumpitt was in control....
-
Because the day after the transfer window closed, the club was put into administration. That is when Lumpitt was sacked I believe. Par for the course for the Chief Executive to bite the bullet on admin
-
It's nice, but all it PROVES is that Chinny and AA actually had NO CONTROL over PFC at the time of the admin! Here are some clues : Frankly, having a 'plan' for running the club and ACTUALLY running it are two different things entirely! All Micah has done is show that actually, no matter what cunning plan AA and Chinny invented, nothing could be executed without David Lampitt agreeing to it! If I remember correctly, there were hundreds of Saints fans who also had plans for the skates at the time. Some even wrote to the FL to highlight their plans, but just like AA and Chinny not one of us could get our plans to come to fruition either!
-
And also the wording of the FA following their meeting - sadly I can't find anything now, but I'm certain I read a statement that said the FA / FL had made NO DECISION on Chinny's bid and had referred it back to the administrator to choose..... I read that as PKF - Birch??? - had put forward a tentative document to garner the FL's opinion on it, rather than actually submitting his bid for approval. Only PKF truly knows what is going on down there, but their lips have been tighter than Avram's pants outside a car dealership.
-
The critics have got a valid point to be fair! The plucky 3,700 - let's ignore those multiple votes and nutjobs! - represent a measly 1.5% of the 250,000 bestest fans on Southsea common
-
I'll ignore you not knowing the name of your most famous player You really are clutching at straws with your 'foreign owners' quote though! I didn't see too much moaning and groaning from the phew when you had foreign owners putting money INTO the club / country! Didn't even see any moaning when Gady was putting in the proceeds from his drug and gun running businesses, that occasionally he even paid taxes on! As a WUM, you are less successful than Eddie the Eagle standing on the top of the ski jump.
-
Not sure about the rumours, but tricky hasn't given us one single up date since he went on record to say he was very confident that he would get the eventual points deduction over turned. I'd like to hear more about this particular cunning plan, but tricky has gone missing ever since he made the statement. Perhaps the FA have buried him in Burton?
-
Seriously, are you a spazzer? The 'cheating for success' happened long before Al Fahim, Al Mirage and all the other numpties that have been involved over the last couple of years. In fact, might I be so bold as to point out that if the cheating for success hadn't gone on, then the club wouldn't have been the basket case that it was with such ludicrous wages and spiraling costs, thus may have attracted a legitimate investor rather than the crooks, beggars and thieves that it did. Did you reap what you sowed?

It's great that this guy has put these questions together, but there comes a time when really you should just give up. So far he's sent 54 questions to Portpin via their PR company and he's received 54 'no comment' responses! It's a given that the next 46 questions will also be met with the same no comment answer, so what is he trying to prove now? We get it, Portpin aren't bothering to answer any questions. Stop making yourself look like an even bigger bell end by sending the questions 10 at a time! Just send the whole lot next time and get the whole lot not answered!
-
They lost all sense of credibility and professionalism when they only managed to get 6 (six) of their members to turn up and beg the plucky heroes to leave.
-
I suspect that at £9k a day, Tricky Trev will still be hanging around on his current 'assignment' by the time we're in need of him
-
I think they were practising for the Chinny boycott. Want to get it right when they do it for real.
-
So, is this the 'blueprint' that the potless feckless trust wanted to show the world, and how they will inspire every other club no matter how big [obviously not bigger than PFC as that's impossible], or small and become the beacon for fan ownership? As Nelson once said - no, not the Pompey one - HA HA
-
So, if they have this fully funded robust business plan that has been endorsed by the local MP, why have they not told their 'backers' about it and published its contents?
-
Phil. You're right, perhaps you should look at the last nine months. You may notice that PKF only took over the reins in FEBRUARY when the club officially went into admin! It was run during JANUARY by Lumpitt. PKF may well be killing them with their £9k per day billings, but you can't make up history to blame them too

I was keeping it under my hat for a week to see if frattoniser would admit that he was wrong and lift the ban In true arrogant Pompey fan style he didn't! So, to be fair, he did hunt down a dirty stinking fackin scammah kaaaaaant! It's just that he got the wrong one - even though his b-anning message is so certain that he got the one he was after More luck than judgement I'd say

Maddie buried under driveway ???
Weston Super Saint replied to Saint in Paradise's topic in The Lounge
I guess since the McCanns know that Maddie isn't in there, they are not gonna bother wasting their time or money digging it up -
Jeesh! Anyone would think they're just there for the money

Anyone know the answer I've used Sky Go in the past and pretty sure I used it whilst jailbroken on iPhone 4. However, I updated Sky Go App recently and it gave me a message that it would not work on a jailbroken phone - fair enough I guess :8 Today I updated my software to version 5.1.1 (9B206), which I figured would un-jailbreak the phone. However, Sky Go still gave the same message. I deleted the app, then re-installed, logged in again, but still no joy. Anyone any ideas why it is still doing this, as I figured the phone would now technically be a 'pure' phone again....

To be fair, they don't really need it, so just saving cash. They can't sell tickets through it as they pay ticketmaster a fortune for that privilege and all their team news can be found on the BBC website. Any other 'news' / propaganda can be found on the snooze website. At least by ditching the official website Trevor can save enough cash to pay for the coffee and doughnuts he and his team consume racking up £9k a day
-
It's how they manage to create about £30m each and every season for the community. I think Trev has made a mistake though as I don't see the £15m worth of sausage sales in his report. Perhaps they are listed separately in the Lindley catering end of year report
