Spudgun. Impressive collection you have. However, I would also state that you have a rather severe case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder! I mean, just look at all those boxes, all neatly arranged, all with the labels facing out! That's the sort of organisation undertaken by people with boobs, or men with OCD! Then there's the collections of trainers, all the trainers on their sides, are the same foot, all pointing the same way! I imagine it's the same all round your house!

On the Dubai Phil fred?

Correction! The article states 'around' 400 seats have been sold for that match. We all know that in Skate maths terms, 200 is as close to being 'around' 400 as 130 million is!

To clarify : I believe Lumpitt was talking about the sub £2500 creditors that still haven't been paid - as promised in the CVA! - because he has [allegedly] no idea who is owed what, despite AA claiming that all claims were clearly documented in the CVA and the CVA update...
-
Great news, the charities have apparently been paid! Although, personally I take that with a pinch of salt as the article also says : And yet, some 15 months down the line Lumpitt is on record as stating the claims of £2500 and under can't possibly be paid yet, as the club have no idea who is owed what, and are still working through the paperwork to work it out! So either : AA is lying and the details were never passed on, just an educated 'guess' of who is owed what - in which case the rest of his document can be called into doubt. Or : Lumpitt is lying and he knows exactly who is owed what, because AA has given the new company all the details, and the club can't be bothered to pay them for whatever reason. Either way it still stinks more than a rotten flounder on the quayside.

Thanks for confirming St L. I'm sure Corpse will dismiss your comments as no more than a conspiracy theory - that is of course if he doesn't just ignore them altogether like PFC would. But then, he's adamant and has stated on several occasions - apparently he's bored of repeating himself! - that ALL the charities have been paid! He's confident of this because a guy down the pub said so, but can't provide and proof of this - not even a link to the news website stating they had been paid! I mean they would have been all over the news like a rash wouldn't they, exploiting every last drop of good news from the club?

[quote=Corporate Ho;1140575 I didn't ask for a "link" between CSI and SAAB. There are plenty of links. I asked Philly how Antonov would access the EIB loan when he didn't own SAAB (which, as I posted last night, Philly clearly wasn't aware of). You (Weston) originally posted that Victor Muller was listed as founder and CEO of CSI because you misread the website. He's not, he's listed as founder and CEO of Spyker cars. Antonov used to own Spyker cars in it's entirety but sold the main company back to Muller when the EIB blocked Spyker's takjeover bid for SAAB if Antonov was involved (I hope you're following this). Antonov then bought the sports car division of Spyker for around £32m. Ref the website, I suspect that as with Lampitt at Pompey, Antonov retained Muller as CEO of Spyker sports cars even through he owns the company and that's why he's listed. You'll notice that despite owning CSI Antonov has CEO's running most of the companies that fall under the whole parent company. That didn't answer the question! Are you AA with your 'wooly' answers? If Muller is not in anyway shape or form connected with CSI - being the CEO of a company that Antonov used to own, but then sold does not make him part of the new company's structure!!! - then why is he listed as part of the company structure? What does he do for CSI to be on the company structure page? A lot of questions that the skate thickos just seem to gloss over and accept - I dare say that's how the club was owned by gun running drug dealers in the first place! - and others [like PFC] pretend don't exist at all! I hope you can follow that, but just in case you can't, I'll put it more simply for you..... The Question : Why is Victor Muller on the structure page of CSI website? Does he have anything to do with CSI and that is why he is on there?
-
So, why is Victor Muller on the CSI company structure web page? What does he do for CSI? You asked for a link between CSI [or PFCs owners], and Saab. I have presented one. Unless of course Victor Muller has absolutely nothing to do with CSI, in which case why is he on the company structure website? Have they put his name and picture there for some sort of weird 'kudos'? If that's the case why not put a picture of the Queen on there with the title 'monarch'? Even you must admit it's a little strange to have Victor Muller's picture in the company structure of CSI if he doesn't actually hold a position with them!

Considering Lampitt is also one of the CEOs of Converse, perhaps he nominated himself as the FAPP with his old muckers at the FA

Russia's Lokomotiv ice hockey team in air disaster
Weston Super Saint replied to lumuah's topic in The Lounge
Would that be the same Ice Hockey team owned by 'Russian Railways', the management team of which have close [alleged] ties with the owners of the skates in relation blackmail and defrauding banks of millions of rubles? Some could construe another conspiracy.... -
So, according to that article, Spyker NV owns Saab. According to this website : http://www.converssport.com/structure Victor Muller [of Spyker cars NV http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/09/07/saab-muller-idUSLDE7860M420110907 ] is also a co-founder AND CEO of Converse Sports Initiatives, which owns the Skates. Now I'm sure the corpse will put it all down to a mad conspiracy theory dreamed up by over eager journalists and people with a grudge against dear old Pompey, but I'm sure most people will agree that there is something fishy about the set up! So no apologies for getting that wrong!!

Paypal are useless! I ordered a Nokia N95 from fleebay about four years ago. It was listed as a genuine product etc etc. I received a fake Chinese knock off with dual sim, that looked noticeably different from the real thing! The imei number was from a basic nokia registered in the Ukraine. Paypal told me to go to the police and that's all they could do! I went to the police, they agreed it was a fake, and therefore the law had been broken, they supplied me with a report and ref number. However the fleebay seller did not live at the address he had registered with paypal, so they could do no more. I went back to paypal with all this information, and they told me to get lost! I then went to the ombudsman who controls them, who within a week, had agreed that the phone was fake, and ordered paypal to refund me the money from their own pocket - very satisfying to get that result, but it took six months to get there! Personally, I'll never use paypal again.

Probably because the skates had £zero in their bank account, so ringfencing would have been completely useless!

Small club, small minded owner. I used to enjoy having some banter with Danny Ings when he used to visit the pub I was running last year. Great lad, doesn't [didn't!] take himself too seriously, and great family behind him too! I asked him once why he came to the pub so often - especially after training - and he told me it was because the food was a hell of a lot better than the crap they served up at the training ground
-
Meanwhile, the rest of the world 'assume' that it will get put back for another year, after all, it's there in black and white that you can do so, and has been agreed by the mugs that voted on it. As for the cancer charities, I believe St Lard is/was involved with one, and the last we heard from him they HAD NOT been paid....
-
£4.2m eh? That would pay off the whole first installment of the CVA wouldn't it, you know, the installment that you put back a year or so because you didn't have any money....

I think it must have been Tanya Robbins and the storyteller that put that article together. It's the only explanation for why there are two number '4s' in the picture

The article was posted in April 2010. So, if they knew, down to the £1 what was owed and to whom in April last year, why is it taking so long to work out who is owed less than £2500 now, in order to pay them back what was agreed in the CVA? Either they are showing yet more contempt for the businesses that once supplied them, or they really still do not have a pot to **** in, and can't afford the £100k needed to wipe out all those debts I'm sure the corpse will pass it all off as a conspiracy.
-
You should consider giff gaff for the data element of the deal I ditched orange last February having been without service from them for over 12 days. Each time I called them they gave the same bull**** line about the hardware being down and that it would definitely be fixed by midday the following day. I eventually emailed their managing director and told him he could stick his contract and that I wouldn't be paying them another penny. He replied with some waffle about contract small print as was expected. I told him that in my opinion over 12 days with no service what so ever was unacceptable and that I'd happily stand up in court and explain my concerns should he wish to take me there. I've since had two letters from them asking for the money owed - about £70 - and have ignored both. They don't seem to be chasing the money especially fiercely!
