Am not a Baz fan, but if he was playing, we probably wouldn't have conceded a goal like yesterday's. If he was as good with his hands as is feet, he'd be a top keeper.

This just shows how far we have fallen as a club. I know they've just got a massive fee for Solanke, but if you said ten or twelve years ago that Bournemouth's record fee for a transfer would be nearly double ours, I would have not been able to stop laughing. It's embarrassing.

But surely your reference to them as an awful club in itself promotes some kind of rivalry? I work in a very heavy PO zone. The rivalry matters to those of a blue persuasion. Even people who have no interest in football hate all things Southampton.

Wasn't impressed with them at St Mary's when they beat us. With better game management we would have beaten them at their place.

How do you feel about Mara? He's been given much more of a chance than TP. I would like to see TP given some more opportunities before making a judgement.

The bids we put in were unrealistic. Carvallho went for nearly double what we supposedly bid. Whether he is worth that or not remains to be seen.
