  1. If only they had a months break to relay it, rather than playing poxy womens games on it.
  2. It’s so obvious that this Jones experiment isn’t going to work. Let’s just hope the board are ruthless and pull the trigger sooner rather than later and get a proper manager in place.
  3. He, for some reason, decided he wanted to be a CM. Despite playing very well for Arsenal at RB. He’s a terrible CM.
  4. Add a new keeper to the list please. Bazunu is Angus Gunn mark 2. Absolutely rubbish.
  5. Worked really well for him at Stoke. let’s not beat around the bush, it’s a terrible appoint in reality. I’ll be amazed if we stay up.

Much like Theo and Armstrong then.

Why would playing in the most competitive league in the world jeopardise his chances?
  8. The Ox is a much better player than Theo. If we could get 5-10 games out of him, that is potentially enough to keep us up. The big question / concern is “if” though. Id snap him up in a heartbeat if the deal was right. id much rather he played 5-10 games for us than playing 5-10 games for bournemouth or Leeds.
  9. Mental Manji has been making some wild claims on the Ukraine thread as well. I’d take anything he says with a lorry load of salt.
  10. Oh I fully agree. My list was in no particular order. If I was a betting man, I’d say us, forest and Bournemouth. But I think Leeds lack quality, just as much as we do.
  11. Forest, Bournemouth, Leeds and Us will Be the bottom 4 come may, I suspect.

A mountain being made out of a mole hill, as per. I remember a few years back, before the euros in Ukraine, where they had TV shows (iirc, sol campbell was the presenter) trying to deter people from going and basically saying, if you’re black, you’re unsafe. From those that I know who went, said it was one of the best they’ve been to and saw little to no trouble at all, much like the recent Russian WC. Much like anything, if you go and act like a provocative bellend you’ll find trouble. Wether that’s being unable to keep your sexual feelings to yourself for a few hours or being a pissed / geared up twat walking along the streets. It’s not difficult.

It’s an opinion shared by pretty much everyone, other than a few loons who support this club.

Not really, it’s the truth. He’s been utterly crap this season. He’s also vastly, vastly overrated. One of our better players (not too difficult), but take away his free kicks and he’s extremely limited. Someone compared him to Harry winks, and they’re absolutely right. Lavia, at 18 or whatever he is, has come in and in a handful of games shown what a top class CM looks like. JWP isn’t one.

Maybe, maybe not. JWP has been absolutely shite though this season and shouldn’t be anywhere near the squad.

He’s opted for Madison. In reality, Maddison is more likely to play and have an impact than Toney. No point in having 3 strikers when no one other than Kane will play.

The Phillips hate continues, despite arguably being England’s best player at the euros. Im glad he’s in. Much better player and offers much more than JWP.
  18. Guessing somehow from his time at Yeovil…?
  19. Good luck Nate, you’re gonna need it. Do what you’ve gotta do to keep us up this season (even if that means 10 men behind the ball and pumping it long), build on it from there.
  20. New manager bounce. Last game before World Cup. Rocket up the arse. we need to be really agressive and committed, see how much they fancy it with the World Cup the following week, especially as not many (if any) of ours will be going. 343 for me. either keeper, both are shit. ABK DCC Salisu AMN lavia JWP perraud Aribo Adams Adozie
  21. Cheers for the snippets. Question: Why didn’t Selles do this whilst Ralph was still in charge? Absolutley needed, but could it have been done earlier? Not a dig, a genuine discussion point. Interesting Ralph suggested Selles should replace him. If he believes in him so much, is this seasons form partly Selles fault as well? Or if not, if Ralph rates him so highly, why wasn’t he listening to him more?
  22. He’s got no chance. Most have made their mind up already. I suspect those who’ll be calling for his head after a couple of defeats will be the same as those who made every excuse under the sun to defend Ralph. we all wanted someone bigger, but it is what it is and we need to get behind the manager.
  23. I have concerns about his appointment, but I think stevy sums up exactly why he won’t get anywhere near as grace / respect from the fans as Ralph did. Much like Puel didn’t.
  24. Isn’t that kinda the whole idea? Hence why Semmems & co were left in charge? The trouble for him is, they don’t have The Gao excuse to hide behind anymore. what is Matt Crockers roll in all of this? Is he getting a say on our new manager?
  25. Potter was also a massive success in Sweden though. Came with a lot more pedigree. To be honest, my issue with Jones isn’t his history. Stoke aside, he’s a fantastic candidate on that front. My concern is his alleged style of play. It looks no different to Big Sam or Dyche, just without the experience. Let’s also be honest, he’s just a really uninspiring appointment, British appointments generally are. Let’s hope he proves us all wrong.
