Pap, Socal - peace brothers - as a neutral 'blue beret' (as opposed to blue helmet - which could be misinterpreted as some sort of smutty double entandre its is indeed cold up here) it is clear that Alps divides opinion - he is either a) a genuinely miserable reactionary - who just needs to vent his spleen when something goes wrong, or b) does it deliberately to wind folk up If a=TRUE, THEN=live and let live as hidden under the eeyoresque cloud of doom are some valid points and opinion if b=TRUE, then hes not the only one NB. If we sign Ramirez, I will love everyone ..... except Dune. We need a nerdy statto you go through each and everyone of the trweets ands reports and place them into positive/negative or neutral categories - then using sophisticated multivariate analysis determine whether there is a significant difference to a p value of 0.00001 between the positive and negative possibles - only then will be wiser and able to determine that we really know Feck all. I think we all need help - or maybe its just me who needs help? Is it just me who is confused? The only one with muliple personalities and never knowing which one to use on aparticular day or particular thread? Thats the thing, kind of depends on the topic, the tone or the original post, the level of news etc - as to whether you take it more seriously or just have a laugh - I can understand why some get fecked off - I do it all the time - when sarcasm or wind up is is used on a more 'serious' discussion - or there is something disturbing when a scrote posts racist boll ox etc, or takes things way too far - only time I ever complained about a post was (about a comment not about me but insinuations about Mrs C) Having an onlune argument with a WUM is part of the wired fecked up challenge that these boards provide - a daily dose of realism in that no matter how fecked up you are there are even more freaks on the message board! Its like coming home:uhoh: So in the efforts of scientific study (or ignorant opinion, take your pick).... In all seriousness, there are times when a little 'silliness' can defuse the tension, the boredom of waiting for news etc, not to everyones taste, fair enough, but there are 100s of threads and if you are just interested in factual news, best stick to the OS. The tweets, rumour, gossip on the 118 pages is now more infomative form a factual perspective than a few childish fake tweets about girls and bounciung appendages. If you do read this forum alot then you will know that there is serious comment when there is serious news, whne there is only rumour and gossip and BS tweets mascarading as ITK news, then there is always going to be times when its not taken seriously.
