  1. We'll soon be able to add a 6-1 home defeat to Bournemouth to this.
  2. Amazing feeling yesterday with the late winner and massively made up for last season up there. Away end went utterly mental when the goal went in, brilliant stuff. Not going to be talking any nonsense about a turned corner or anything though. We're still a terrible team who just happened to play a poor team. Going to enjoy it for what it is and after being so shit all season fuck me did I enjoy it. Been a while since I woke up with such a glow. Ipswich fans were spot on and very gracious in defeat. Would like to see them stay up but can't see it if they can't even beat us at home. Good away day though so not too bothered if they join us.
  3. On the whole I've enjoyed the aways far more than the home games this season with the exceptions of Wolves and Villa.
  4. Another sold out away end. Let's hope the fans get something to cheer.
  5. Anyone have any idea what this is about?
  6. Block 46 and I thought it was awful from the penalty onwards. Not exactly surprising given the run we're on though and when you see the players heads drop. Loudest it was second half was slagging off VAR.
  7. Yep and the Spurs game this season was particularly bad too. One fan got to celebrate their first 3 goals before being removed.
  8. Well we can't do that due to the rules around ticket allocations.
  9. Yeah wasn't blaming the club as such was just a light hearted comment. Actually thought it was the quickest stewards have ever reacted to kicking them out I've seen at St Marys.
  10. To be fair there was still plenty of away fans in the Northam today.
  11. Away fans being moved to the corner was going to make them quieter apparently.
  12. The Be'er Sheva goal is a great shout, I'd say that's number two on my list. Agreed the Norris one doesn't rank that highly for me. Was over it quite quickly considering it was the skates. The second United goal in 2005 hit teenage me pretty hard. Wasn't as cynical about Saints back then and thought we had a great chance of winning until then.
  13. Has to be Ibrahimovic at Wembley.
  14. Haven't they binned off kids prices for the league too? £66 or something stupid regardless of the age.
  15. I remember the club were slow to cotton on even after the price cap too and took smaller allocations still for a couple of games. On the price cap I'm pretty sure it's up for review this Summer and there's a lot of whispers that some London clubs are pushing to bin it. Won't affect us next season though obviously.
  16. Haha I like that to pick aisle seats for similar reasons. Even if I do stay to the end it's not like the team have deserved any applause at most away games this season. I'm a bit surprised at how many went today too. With the later KO and being on TV I thought a lot of people might swerve it. Hopefully they'll open the other blocks tomorrow.
  17. Chelsea on sale today. Really dislike this thing about leaving entire blocks unavailable for the early sales and which are often some of the best seats. I understand why they do it as presumably those are the blocks which we can give back but it's frustrating as we're bound to sell this out so seems a bit pointless. I want upper tier as close to the goal as possible so gonna wait a couple of days I think.
  18. Not even just about the money but these games should be about attracting future fans given how unaffordable football is for many these days. Would cost £70 for a family of four who aren't members to attend this. That's obscene for an early round cup tie against frankly dull opposition.
  19. Absurd from the club.
  20. When was our last crowd that low? I seem to remember a Norwich replay with about 13k
  21. Well I did say it would only be worthwhile if there's a sizeable amount doing it. Towards the end of the Stoke cup game there was 30-50 people stood up towards the back of block 21 so I think there could be some interest in it.
  22. Anyone else considering moving to block 20/21 next season? I'm giving it some real thought but won't be worthwhile unless there's a sizeable amount doing so.
  23. Yeah I plan on driving for that reason.
  24. Yeah I am a bit too. Will be interesting to see how Chelsea goes as a London game albeit midweek. Not too bothered though as keeps me near/at the top of criteria, be shit for others if we don't get a full allocation at Goodison though.
  25. 3 away games in a row made general sale. Reduced allocations coming soon I suspect.
