Personally, as I have stated before, I welcome TL's posts on here. It is good stakeholder communications. But TL must be careful to ensure that what he does post does not blow up in his face. So he must be sure of his facts.

Wrong. Very often Denmark overproduces energy from wind and then sells the excess to Germany and Sweden. When their wind farms do not produce enough, they import conventional energy from Germany and Sweden. In reality Denmark, Germany and Sweden have all just become that bit more green. They have no need to build conventional power stations the way they are doing it works just fine. It's an example of a good grid. Wind and other energy could be utilised much better if we had a few long distance DC grid connections in the UK. This is being planned at the moment.

I think the govt has addressed this. EDF, Eon, RWE, Iberdrola are all lined up to make nuke energy in the UK... I wonder whether Maggie spotted the irony after she privatised power generation!

My new Sainsburys store opened today. I gave it an inspection: Plus Good lay out internally Cheap offers for the week (stocked up on Felix Roasted cat food) Reasonably fit girls at the fag counter Minus Exterior stairwells to the carpark that are concrete and will take one minute to smell of **** and attract tramps No handy car parking ticket zippy things Rubbish traffic navigation systems made for Fiat 500s. So hats off to Sainsburys and a big boo to the site developer! I may stick with ASDA.

Invest in wind farms 1976. I know you think they're crap but you can still make some dosh. Then you'll be happier.

Why would anyone buy a football club when there are other investment options?

Fair point. I'll stick to my original scheme of a biomass-fired power station on underused portside land after all! The wood fuel comes off the ship, gets stored, gets burnt, power is made, I sell it to the Grid as a renewable option for consumers! Happy days! -
Good thing you encrypted it TDD.

I had a soft scuzz mag many years back that had a pic of her pussy as she exited a car. It was **** worthy when I was 14.

Apparently we can do it also to nasty foreign concerns. I'd think so too with all that kit at Cheltenham! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8118729.stm

Big wings and small parking places for customers. If MAG redevelop the terminal then they will do it for mid-size aircraft to park. So that leaves only one (or maybe two dependent on taxiing) place at the end for a big aircraft like a 747 to park. Why make facilities for Hummers to park when the 97% trade is Ford Focus's... A twin jet like a 737-NG or A330 can reach the Caribbean (and that's another question about twin jet engine failures) so no need for particular Jumbo facilities at Bournemouth. Anyway, 747s are pretty out of vogue. Last one BA bought was 10 years back.

Being a bit of a saddo also I can't see how 747s can fly regularly in and out of Bournemouth. I accept the occasional flights and also in for maintenance but the airport is not built for 747s. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bournemouth_Airport#Airlines_and_destinations I'm sure owners MAG wants to upgrade but even then it would be passenger wise 737-NG size (smaller than 747s) just because of terminal facilities in place and planned.
