I just heard that as well and about the SECOND winding up order on BBC South. (My thoughts) The original judgement was last Tuesday and I BELIEVE IT WAS recorded like this on the High Court web site as :- COURT 36 Before MR JUSTICE NEWEY Tuesday, 19 January 2010 At half past 10 FOR JUDGMENT GENERAL LIST GLC 4/10 Re: A Company Pt Hd (It was reported elsewhere that the judge was Justice Newey and he was going to give his judgement at 10:30 - ?? but why was it hidden as "A Company" ??) Now 7 days from last Tuesday means that they needed to get their Appeal in by Tuesday 26th. There was nothing reported yesterday about appealing only this report today from one source. ???? However the Cause List for tomorrow does have an "A Company" in Court 59 in front of MR JUSTICE BRIGGS, which may or maynot be it. http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/cause.htm

The 7 days is now up and I've not seen anything on the High Court web site for each of the last 7 days. http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/courthearings.htm I think the Skates would have been shouting from their caravan roof tops if they had won the appeal. Therefore I would assume that Feb 10th is still on. As a side issue I never knew Arry was really called HENRY. http://www.cps.gov.uk/news/press_releases/102_10/

On the night I thought he was completely rubbish as well. However the last time he was in charge of a Saints game was Feb 2008, do you remember the pen 4 mins from time ? http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/MatchReport/0,,10280~38703,00.html (With just under four minutes on the clock, referee Jonathan Moss stunned everyone by suddenly stopping play to consult his assistant before pointing to the spot to give Southampton a penalty. None of the Saints players had appealed, even the away fans tucked close behind that goal did not shout for it....) Looking at his other games as well I have the feeling that he is one of those refs who "knows the final score in the first min", and we beat him the other night because he had the game down as a draw (IMO).

The Echo have just reported that we have appealed his 3 match ban. http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/4870091.Saints_appeal_Schneiderlin_red_card/ If you go to the FA web site it is now reported at a ONE MATCH BAN http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/Disciplinary/SuspensionLists.aspx Southampton FC Morgan Schneiderlin 20/01/2010 Suspended from all football until the Club have completed 1 first team match for a Sending Off in a match played on 20/01/2010.

There is an article on the Skate news http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/Pompey-set-to-cash-in.6010618.jp which says "Pompey are hopeful Udinese will agree to accept £400,000 and a renegotiated payment schedule..." Note the word HOPEFUL. Still no news on the 7 day appeal at the High Court, which they said last week "they were certain to win."(sic). I think today or tomorrow is the last day for the appeal and I cannot see anything on the High Court web site http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/cause.htm.

More bad news for the Skates tomorrow in Court 7 at the Southwark Crown Court. http://www.courtserve.net/courtlists/current/crown/sthwk_T100120.01.htm Daily List for Wednesday 20 January 2010 at English Grounds, off Battlebridge Lane Court 7 - sitting at 10:00 AM BEFORE: HIS HONOUR JUDGE TESTAR Plea and Case Management T20097808 STORRIE Peter J 48C23015506 As there is another case at 10:30 I think this is no more than the "plea" and the trial will be set for a later date, however I may be wrong.

Have you seen the answer to where the Accounts came from ? Answer 10:47 Neil: Somebody I had never had dealings before e-mailing me them. Apparently he found them in a bin!!!! Still, not too fussed where they are from,.....

I still believe there should be a record of the case taking place on the High Court web site http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/courthearings.htm I also got the date wrong for the Storrieteller case, it is on Wed (20th) and NOT Thurs therefore should be posted sometime on Tuesday. http://www.courtserve.net/courtlists/current/crown/sthwk_T100120.01.htm

Has anybody found out more about this case ? I've scanned the High Court of Justice web site http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/courthearings.htm looking for which court / judge etc but can find no mention of the case ? or am I missing something ? (the only mention of anything to do with Skatetown is a Smith v the City Council and a Hopwood v the NHS cases). I looked though all the cases on Friday (15th) and again today (for Monday 18th), but can see no mention of it. Equally I would have expected one of the papers (Evening Standard ?) to be at the Court, but the only report is "second hand" in the Skate News. There has been SO SO SO SO MANY lies coming out of Skatetown this year I am starting to question whether this case is really going on ? For info, I believe that Storrieteller case due to be held at Southwark Court Court on Thursday will be displayed here on Wed http://www.courtserve.net/courtlists/current/crown/indexdailies.htm If they do not change their naming standards the url will be http://www.courtserve.net/courtlists/current/crown/sthwk_T100121.01.htm

Back in the summer on the day that Sol Campbell signed for Notts Co there was an interview on SSN with the Notts Co's Club Historian outside their ground. Usual comments about this being the biggest signing for Notts Co etc, however at the end of the interview the Sky reporter said "... Are there any other big signing in the pipeline ?" to which the Club Historian said something like " no big ones, but there are a couple of other players we are trying to get in, one is Matt Ritchie but his PARENT CLUB has a TRANSFER BAN placed on them". Now this interview took place towards the end of July which is a couple of months BEFORE the Skates had their Offical Transfer Embargo, however Ritchie is a Skate, therefore if the Club Historian is correct this is the SECOND embargo placed on them. Now if you all cast you minds back to the summer transfer window, the Skates didn't sign anyone until the final few days of the Transfer window when the "Fake-Dr" takeover occurred (5 or 6 transfers in the last couple of days of August including Matt Ritchie going out on loan to Notts Co.). This supports the claim made the Club Historian. However there was no official comment made at that time about any Transfer Embargo or it being lifted. Now Duncan started this thread on the 8th July and a later post (#5416) said that his source was "well placed" so IMO there is something very fishy about the timescale of events and the issue of the Skates even being allowed to start the season. (8 July = This thread; Late July= NC's Club Historians comments; Late Aug= Fake-Dr takeover; Late Aug= Transfers+Loans etc; 5 Weeks later NO money etc.) Did somebody pull a fast one over the Premier League to allow the Skates to start the season ? Now months later it appears IMO that "power" is still with the same group of businessmen and lawyers from Israel as if no takeover occurred at all ? Perhaps this money laundering court case in Israel due for Feburary is the most important of the court cases.

Three very good articles to read. They want daddy to go back for the money laundering trial next month, but he claims "ill health". http://www.globes.co.il/serveen/globes/docview.asp?did=1000527883&fid=942 So many court cases it is hard to keep up :- 20 Jan Storrieteller Tax Evasion - Southwark Crown Court 10 Feb HMRC winding up order - High Court xx Feb Money Laundering charge for "daddy" - Israel

As Weston has pointed out it is 10 cautions that matter now and the 2nd Sunday in April. (11th April after the Charlton game). The full rules are in Section 8 Punishments (page 10 of 97) http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/RulesandRegulations/~/media/Files/PDF/TheFA/FA%20Handbook%2009%2010/Disciplinary_Procedures_pg%20305-401.ashx/Disciplinary_Procedures_pg%20305-401.pdf

For me it was our first against MK Dons. Ball over the top for Dean to make the run to the left edge of the pen area towards the corner flag. Various passes involving him and Adam (? poss Dan ? ) before the ball is played to the edge of the D for Morgan to hit a 30 yard pass to Antonio on the right wing who passes it back to Lloyd in one touch, who chips the ball to the far post for Dean to side foot the goal. A true "team goal", where our MOVEMENT OFF the ball was SUPERB taking the defenders first to the left then to the right. (And all we got from the TV pictures was Lloyd's cross into the box - imo if arse had scored it would have been shown every 30 mins on SSN.)

As mentioned above the FA have a 3 club rule (see Article 5) :-http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/RulesandR..._pg435-450.pdf "Players may be registered with a maximum of 3 clubs during one season. During this period, the player is only eligible to play official matches for two clubs..."

St Mary's - 16,402 of which 679 were away fans = 15,723 supporting the No1 team in Hampshire. Fartton Dump = 17,034 of which the Brum Mail said "The 3,000-plus Villa fans were belting ..." and " Villa’s sold-out allocation of jubilant travelling supporters ..." means about 14k misguided fools from the slum part of Hampshire.

I see their local paper is having one of those WebChats at the moment http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sectionhome.aspx?sectionid=6338 In one hour they have had only questions from about 10 to 12 different fans ! They really are a sad lot with their questions. They are after Luca Toni and Dan Sturridge when their ban is lifted (???). The owner did not turn up on Sat only his brother. ...

On Radio Solent yesterday afternoon I am sure they said that all financial decisions at the club had been taken away from Storrieteller and were now being taken by the "owner's people". What does he do for his £1.2M a year salary now ?
-
I would like the club to request a home game for the weekend of 20/21 Nov and then ask the opposition to play the game on the Sunday. I felt that something was lost with the 100 year Centenery event because it was 9 days later on the 30th Nov (Everton) by which time we had lost to Sheff Wed (a) 1-2 (23 Nov) and lost at home to Arsenal (1-3) in the Milk Cup (26 Nov).

On the FA web site http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/Disciplinary/SuspensionLists.aspx Southampton FC Neal Trotman (Start date) 24/11/2009 Suspended from all first team football until the Club have completed 1 first team match for 5/10/15 cautions As I suggested on the 8th Nov (after Whitey Grandad corrected me over the removal of the 7 day rule) :- http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=498648#post498648

IF TRUE they will have to wait until next summer because the FA have a 3 club rule (see Article 5) :-http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/RulesandRegulations/~/media/Files/PDF/TheFA/FA%20Handbook%2009%2010/FIFA_Regs_Transfers_pg435-450.ashx/FIFA_Regs_Transfers_pg435-450.pdf "Players may be registered with a maximum of 3 clubs during one season. During this period, the player is only eligible to play official matches for two clubs..." And IMO November is too early for any player or any other club to be planning a move for him. Deals will probably be arranged for Jan now but summer moves will not be discussed until March/April time.
-
As I said a couple of weeks ago it would be nice for both Trotman and now James to use this match for their "5 cautions" ban. Both are now on 4 bookings and if booked on Tuesday night they would miss next Saturday. As Trotman would not be allowed to play it would be a good use of this match.

I always use http://www.fsa.gov.uk/tables Select the 4th option (Pension Annuities) and then answer certain questions and you should get a guide as to what the major companies like Pru; FP; L&G; Std Life etc are offering.

What I would like to see is when sides "double-up" on him as Brighton did yesterday he should switch wings for 10-15 mins in a game, and then switch back later. His left foot is ok for him to play on the left wing and it would cause the opposition to keep readjusting their system. As a side note when Norwich were on telly the other week their right back that day was a centrehalf playing out of position, he looked good in the air but short of pace and not a natural full back. It would be nice to see Antonio have a go at him at some stage on Sat.
