Hard to say, but we’d have looked a lot better in my opinion. Championship is actually really poor this year and those 2 would have made a massive difference. We saw the 1 game Ross Stewart was fit how much better we looked with a focal point. So I think there’s a very good case yes.

When you actually sit and think about it, it’s astonishing how badly we are run. Looking at those terrible appointments and realising that we haven’t had a decent goalkeeper, striker or spine of the team in that whole time. No wonder we are where we are. My god.

I think it’s pretty obvious, after the disaster of Still Brighton are well functioning. You can afford a gamble or a novice in a well functioning club. (See also Brentford) We are a shit show that needs the entire club culture fixing

I agree, we actually have a decent attacking side that could out score teams at this level if it had a focal point. Scienza & fellows either side of a competent striker would do some real damage. The big issue is we are bad at both ends. We don’t score enough to bail the poor gk/defence out.

It’s absurd that a club with our ambition of being promoted has this goalkeeper situation. Simply not acceptable, in any way. Even as far back as the fans forum 3 years ago a fan told the club Bazunu isn’t up to it. They have backed him & backed him & backed him and look where it’s got us Time for them to wake up. In a way, maybe us being close to the relegation zone in may actually be a good thing. Maybe the alarm bells inside sport republic will finally ring that their methods so far have been fucking ridiculous. We live in hope.
