You’re being very, very kind on the club here. I don’t see how selling our prime goal scorers weeks into the season can be viewed as anything other than a cynical cash grab. The real shame is that he feels like he doesn’t want a new contract. He could be a really good striker in this league and is easily good enough as a backup for us if we get promoted again. For all the stick he gets he always gives 100% and he is a talented player. But I agree with the above posters; the club has their hand forced by his contract. We have to take the money now really. I’d be leaving SAA as an impact sub off the bench for a while personally. As good as he is, he’s only 17 and the championship is full of players that will kick him up in the air. No point in rushing him
