  1. Fuck off mate. Literally just got home.
  2. How's it going guys?
  3. Isle of Wight and Ports are already full of inbreds and criminals so be too difficult to tell them apart from the locals.
  4. Genuinely, I don't know.
  5. I hope nobody brown takes their jobs...
  6. But we don't allow all the legal routes we should, and if we did we would see a massive increase in applications (hence why we set the rule that you had to be in the UK to apply for Asylum). But if we're happy to do that, then fine. Playing devil's advocate though, what do you do with those that come across on boats. Where do you send them back to if countries won't take them. What will happen in this scenario is they'll come over, not apply for asylum and disappear.
  7. I think it's more they've been manipulated to do it.
  8. The irony of this post 😂
  9. Potentially, a number of the victims have no issues, some do. Go to the other thread though.
  10. Being discussed on the other thread, but seems like it's being over-politicised.
  11. Honestly, I don't know. It would be good to see a proper breakdown of the stats, rather than the usual left/right interpretation of what the stats mean.
  12. Oh well, this will help... 😔 It's a shame we're not still part of the EU as they'd be more compelled to help in that scenario. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cn8vr95n5n3o
  13. So there is a good chance that these 4 are trying to politicise this as well. Goody.
  14. Year ending June 2025, but guess we'll need to wait until the end of the year for a proper LFL: 852,324 non-Visitor visas were granted. The breakdown was: Study: 435,891 visas Work: 286,071 visas (a 36% decrease from the previous year) Family: 70,961 visas Other: 59,401 visas Last year's stats:
  15. How many survivors are on the panel? Obviously this is 4 of them but I presume they are not the only 4?
  16. What did she do in the Commons? Bit odd to ask her to resign though.
  17. And your second paragraph is my thoughts exactly. Until then, we really should concentrate on the fact that this is approx 5% of our immigration figures, and that we really need to work on the issues with the other 95% of legal migration before concentrating time and money on the impossible task.
  18. Oh, OK, so the only easy way to deal with this is to leave the ECHR? And even then, what are you doing with those that come across on boats, taking into account that you can't just send them back as we've identified before.
  19. But it's not feasible as you've identified.
  20. Well in that case we could just open fire at anyone coming over in a boat then surely? I meant legal ways to deal with them.
  21. But you can only deport if countries take them back, which again is unlikely to happen (and also likely puts those people in a lot of danger).
  22. No, because it had to be shut down because of structural issues and is now derelict. Before being used for asylum seekers it had been shut for 10 years and let go to rack and ruin.
  23. Why is it obviously a deterrent? There is no evidence of that.
  24. I'm not saying they won't tell you, but they'd say they're from somewhere else and use their identity. Again, easy to do when you come from these countries where ID is not really a thing.
