  1. And yet if you copy the links then paste them into the address bar they open just fine. A fault with the new site. I suggest you flag it up.
  2. It's TFI Friday but with football. Here's hoping Matt will do a Shaun Ryder.
  3. These two not good enough for you? http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?23255-go-back-to-the-previous-format http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?23224-SaintsWeb-Offline-from-approx-7pm-now-back-online!
  4. Care to share a link? I can't find anything other than speculation on this story...
  5. Dulldays is an endearing term...don't get all upset. And if you're so sensitive yourself maybe you shouldn't dispense with the relentless criticism of something that someone else has worked pretty hard on for your enjoyment. Your wife may just stab you in the chest over the dinner table one of these days if you're not careful. The improvement as i see it is integration. Bringing all the elements under one banner. Instead of having a website with a forum tacked on we now have full integration of forum with the website. Now admittedly most people are much more interested in the forum than the rest of the site. But that's not the point. It's another step in the evolution of the site. In order to do this we've had to move onto vBulletin Version 4. This is what Version 4 looks like and how it navigates. Obviously the people at vBulletin who make a good living out of the software have decided that this is an improvement on previous versions. For me the forum is much the same except for the colour scheme which as i've mentioned before really doesnt float my boat. It's something i can live with though. Just my opinion though. Obviously Steve and Bajer are the people to really speak to. But i get the feeling they're a bit bored of your unconstructives moaning to reply.
  6. Evolution not revolution. The times they are a changing Dulldays. This is progress. If your standing still your moving backwards. And other such b::ll::ks. Still you'll be pleased to see that vBulletin are planning a "Style Generator" on the next release. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/entry.php?2422-vBulletin-4.0.4-Style-Generator By my reckoning this would make changing the styling a sh:tload easier and save my main problem with the site at present. The colour scheme.
  7. Can't say i'd want my wife and 5 year old daughter (both of which i don't have) pootling off to school on a moped every day somehow. I'd say the Ford Ka would be my choice with those constraints. Pretty reliable cars.
  8. 1) Of course they'll stick with it. You think Steve's put loads of work into getting this together just to return to the old version? The reasons why it's better obviously outweigh the reasons why it's worse. So you'll just need to get through this. 2) It's quiet on here because there's f::ck all to talk about as it's close season. 3) You'll renew. You can't get enough of it.
  9. Point size 4? O RLY? It's massive. Oo-er missus.
  10. form an internet cafe? happened no Scu's post? seems like my tab space days are now long gone
  11. When you tab it it does. Type username *tab* Type password *tab* *space* *tab* *space* I feel much more interesting for revealing my log in regime. :vuvu:
  12. This looks the place to look for a nice new skin. I can't be arsed to register to look at them properly. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=247 I suggest as your punishment for the use of the term "sliming up your pooper" that you should do the necessary and find us a nice new style not disimilar to the old so those that fear change like myself can have a smoother transition into the new site! Liking the integration by the way Steve. It's obviously better than before so cheers for the effort. *edit* In fact that Morbid black one at the top looks perfect for the worksafe option that people were after http://digitalvb.com/forum/forum.php?styleid=21
  13. The layout is fine to be fair. The colour scheme however leaves a lot to be desired. All these indistinguishably light pastel colours on white are really not working for me at all. Bring back the grey and darker reds!
  14. I've only once had a problem with clothes ruined by running colours. It occured through putting some tosh throw from north africa in with my wash. It's not something you should worry yourself about. And for no other reason than i can...
  15. I'm guessing StuRomsey's name is probably not Albert. It's obviously Romsey.
  16. I'm very nice really... My dad has a theory that we should have stayed out of the war as the Russians would have seen to them. What would the world be like if that were the case? We shall never know. Anyway i shall bow out of this one...sounds like the sort of conversation one should be having whilst being veh, veh drunk.
  17. I find getting drunk a lot more rewarding when done with friends...
  18. Might need to get used to that i suspect.
  19. Like ten thousand spoons when all you need is a knife...
  20. You must be a winner at parties. I think my description is fine for the layman (Trousers) thanks.
  21. Here's a theory. It's called an alt tag. Images on websites have them. If you turned off the images to make your dial up connection run a bit quicker then that is what would be displayed. Good for SEO but let's stick on topic here. It doesn't matter where you hover over that photo it will display Norman as that is what is in the alt tag. It isn't like hovering over a facebook picture to see who is who. Why Norman is there i don't know however.
  22. Well you'd have to kiss a man for one...
  23. Impatient gets eh?! I'm sure there's a conspiracy theory behind why theirs hasn't been released yet either!
  24. Good. We're all agreed then. Except those that disagree...but we'll crush them soon enough and assume total power. Then we can set about the motion to put forward our views as those of others that don't necessarily agree with us. Keep up the good work Baj.
