The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

Still an independent woman - don’t like her, Tice or what they stand for - but it doesn’t make her a sex doll because her views and behaviours are different to mine. Repeating a cheap shot originally made by John Crace doesn’t change that. -
If you wanted to imagine what a Brexit voter in JDWs every day looked like in the E Midlands/North and North East it would look and sound very much like Lee Anderson.

They’ll be lucky to bring it down by 30p…

I can’t stand her but even so, that’s a bit much there SOG. She’s her own woman whatever I think of her politics and journalistic methods. -
More likely to be L’Oreal - and they’re not worth it.

Just ironic that they are apparently so keen to save money but waste it by their council being disorganised.

Cornwall Council https://www.cornwalllive.com/news/cornwall-news/reform-uk-accused-parachuting-unelected-10637008 A nice bit of infighting and a pub rant by another Reform member persuaded their leader to quit https://www.cornwalllive.com/news/cornwall-news/cornwall-reform-pub-row-front-10602105 Neat summary here https://www.falmouthpacket.co.uk/news/25555703.behind-dramatic-rise-fall-reform-uk-cornwall/

If Rasmus ever had a string a player recruitment hits like that who went on for mega money he’d be staring at himself in a floor to ceiling mirror with this playing and a huge boner

It’s not the likes of him it’s aimed at though. It’s aimed at socially conservative but more centre/left economic voters. He’s got Lib Dem or Green as alternatives but Davey’s been moving more towards this as well. -

Yeah, on the latter point there were a lot of accepted asylum cases from Romania for example in 2023 under female people trafficking. So the at point needs to be watertight to head that off. -
Or the one at Ryanair buying Dragan out as he can’t afford Man City https://www.irishpost.com/news/ryanair-ceo-michael-olearys-job-ad-rules-out-fans-of-rival-teams-300820

Decent set of proposals at first glance. Tougher than last 15 years but if you want to work or study to build a life here you can still do that https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c3eplk4047do The usual pillocks on the Labour left are spouting off but that’s expected. No need to leave the ECHR and more economic self harm either. Judiciary might be more of an issue but judges do retire/leave. -

If any of you live in Hamble Valley (as I used to), you might be interested to see what’s happened to Reform’s website there https://reformhamblevalley.uk The original was pulled down because it was AI generated and featured fake people, including to Sarah Pochin’s no doubt disgust a non-white face https://www.eastleighnews.co.uk/2025/10/get-real-reform-uk-hamble-valley-ai-image/

This person co-wrote Reform’s health policy with party chair Dr David Bull https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c62z4rd87nlo Tice says he’s nothing to do with Reform, but David Bull didn’t agree

Whatever Reeves, Starmer, Sunak, Hunt, did or didn’t do since 2020, the culprit for the UK’s rapid economic decline (bar NI which is still in the Single Market) is absolutely clear https://www.export.org.uk/insights/trade-news/the-day-in-trade-wto-says-brexit-hitting-uk-trade-eu-nears-mercosur-deal-and-trump-eases-china-tariffs/ Headlines (Private Eye) include 17% fall in exports below pre-Covid levels when other G8 nations have increased by least as much. Investment has slumped since 2020 bar the odd blip. Boris isn’t excused along with Farage for driving Brexit and Truss…need I say more. -
Also hilarious that Boris has been rattling the cage via his pet Daily Telegraph but what did he get sacked from The Times for? Yep, fabricating quotes. Panorama stuck quotes together - poor, but Boris was worse. That’s before we start mentioning red buses and NHS pledges…

And Damion Downs.

If they did that in Devon, Cornwall and Pembrokeshire they’d clean up. No chance that Farage and Tice would ever adopt it at national level however. Another councillor amongst many seeing the light. Their right to remain policy is revolting https://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/news/national/25588459.reform-councillor-switches-tories-becoming-uncomfortable-party/
