@SouSaint posted it on one of the threads, probably the GB ones itself. Stalling on it apparently (before he drops it!).

Been in that exact situation earlier in my career and it’s not good, had to move on as the CEO wasn’t going to removed by the board for another 18 months (although a spectacular, bitter and public blow up when it eventually happened!). Rasmus has to go, that’s the only way Dragan can keep our fans vaguely onside and I doubt he’s willing to do that so I think he has to sell or own an asset leaking cash with a very disengaged base as Lowe found out. As for the troublemaking players, THB didn’t get the move he expected in the summer partly due to injury but with his poor displays will struggle to break even on him now, Manning might get a taker on a nominal because of his set pieces (a shit Iain Harte), Downes medical issues are well known and no chance of recouping what the club paid. At least Fraser looks like he’s moved on. Can’t believe they’ve allegedly offered Bazunu a new deal, Ankerson yet again. Cheers Russell.

Not surprising and even in the Branfoot years there were still people on the Milton sneering and saying ‘who are you going to replace him with then?’. Very much a minority but they were there. The SR Out stickers are a good idea, proliferate them like the Benali Panini ones. The flags are probably more an away games item as the SMS stewards will be under orders to dispose of those and eject fans, as we saw with the brilliant Itchen P45 for Nathan Jones.
-
I can only comment from my perspective but Rasmus Ankerson having zero involvement in Southampton Football Club operations, player recruitment and decision-making is a non-negotiable. Read the excellent research on the Ben Garner thread and you will see his fingerprints all over it. That bloke has done more harm to the club than Lowe and Les Reed post-2017 combined.
-
Saw this during 08/09 first hand eg fans physically fighting each other at the Doncaster home game. The club stirs it in places like this as well, Lowe did and I’m sure Rasmus et al won’t be beyond doing it either,

I dunno, Damion is ‘crash’ hot sometimes. Doesn’t know when to stop.
-
The driving off from the scene of cracking into another car wasn’t great either, although the club and his insurer sorted it out for him. But yes he is very shit.
-
Give Leo the armband, take it off AA.

Ben Garner appointed new first team coach

All three of the above straight from Rasmus’s network of day dreamers. -
KUMB regulars would drive him here and not ask for petrol money he’s been that bad for the Hammers.
-
They’ve done it to Juric, Rusk, Still and now Tonda.

Good research @Addict54 Rasmus is getting exposed big time. I knew he’d never stepped back but this appointment is incredibly blatant and a massive fuck you to the fans. What the hell Solak is doing letting him waste yet more money on this network of losers and day dreamers? -
If it didn’t blow us all up first. The positives are possibly the back of the IRG and hopefully a hammering for MAGA at November’s mid-terms so Trump is made into a lame duck. America First, no overseas wars….thats assuming Epstein files don’t yield more embarrassing stuff on Trump.
-
Normally I’d welcome the back potentially of the IRG. Scum of the earth. But Trump is just as much of an extremist loon as they are and unlike Venezuela, Iran has nukes. I don’t think the IDF got them all. God/Allah knows where we are headed as a planet.

And reward that clique of losers. No thanks. If Russell wants a reunion, he can do it at Pompey and take those four wankers with him. Flynn Downes and Manning look like Pompey players anyway. Just add the kit. Bazunu can go back to his spiritual home as well.
-
Yeah, AA does speak well and you could see how horrified he was at having to award the signed shirt at the Brentford mauling. Sounds like Wood might be another OK in a better squad environment. Agree on Downes, THB, Jack and Manning likely being the core trouble and Dragan is going to need to write a big cheque to write off Stephens obscene extension after shitting on the club in 24/25 like he did. And gross misconduct for whoever’s idea it was. Spors says it was him.
-
As much spine as a 🪼 There are actually a few idiots on this site who want Russell Martin back. Mental. I suspect Archer is not part of the clique but not a good player to have around a professional environment. And Downs is not only a bad egg but the worst professional EFL-level player I’ve ever seen. Not just at Saints either.
-
So from House’s tweets, the clique is: - Harwood Bellend, Manning, Downes, and AA as the leaders. - Quite possibly Stephens, Bazunu, Wood as followers. Jack could be one of the leaders and he says keep Wood but not Stephens.

Diallo was the second shittiest of those, although Ralph did actually want Sangare, but they wouldn’t grant a WP and by the time he qualified he was out of price range under Gao. Djenepo was a weird one - thought we’d found another Mane-type gem from those two solo goals at Sheff Utd and Brighton but disappeared after that. No lack of effort but a flash in the pan and was a far inferior player back at Standard (although we saved the best treat with Baz’s loan spell). Perraud lacked a yard of pace but could strike a ball - Leeds wanted him but ended up buying Firpo who was even worse. Lyanco - oh boy, he WAS terrible, attitudinally a step up from what we have now but at PL one of the worst CBs we had, and not sure he’d have been much better in the Champ. He also bought KWP on the positive side. Ings was Hughes/Reed but Ralph got the very best out of him. Adams was Ralph and did alright overall when a second striker. Ralph did really well to keep that lot up comfortably and if SR hadn’t pissed around with Ramos/Gapko, and bought 3-4 better spine players instead of City’s academy cast offs he might have done so again.

Some things never change.

1-0 defeat to a Billy Sharp goal in December 2011 wasn’t it? Signed him the next month.
-
They weren’t his signings, they were Reed’s, you could say Pellegrino in Carrillo’s case as no-one else was that mentally disturbed to want to pay any money for him let alone £20m. Vestergaard should have been added to that list but Leicester somehow refunded Saints - and we know from Mark Bowen that was 100% a Les signing.
-
Ceno’s have just learned what Trump voters learned the hard way - aligning with overt racism is expensive and requires deep pockets. Clearly not deep enough in this instance and the owners have paid a hefty price.

Plus DoF Paul Tisdale.
